The room was a decent size and comfortable. The ensuite was fine too. The problem was the breakfast which is DIY. There is no member of staff present. I didn't know how to use the coffee machine and there were no instructions. There was very little choice and it was mainly cake/pastries sort of stuff. There was very little left... More

This is a COMPLIMENTARY continental breakfast! I can't believe that you are complaining about receiving something free! If you wait until the end of the breakfast, the picking get slimmer! Maybe you were expecting steak and eggs, served to you in bed, by our butler! More

We stayed here while visiting the North Cascades. We actually stayed in two different rooms because we planned our trip a little late. The first one (room 9) was quieter than the second room (7). The rooms were quaint and the beds were comfortable. We slept great both nights. The breakfast was little to be desired. The coffee wasn't even... More

You,have to go across the street in the rain to their restaurant to check in.I,asked for the room key before I signed in and was told that I was already charged and it didn't matter what I thought. She asked the owner to speak to me and was told the same thing but gave me the key.Forget the breakfast which starts... Thank you for the review, however I am confused! Are you reviewing the restaurant or the inn? Or maybe you are not sure! We are not responsible for the rain and in case you didn't know it, it rains quite a bit in Washington state! I don't understand the issue about the room key, however it sounds like you were... Despite both warnings from people I knew who had visited the Buffalo Inn and some of the indications on TripAdvisor, I stayed at the Buffalo Inn. My mistake--I had been warned. While the rooms/facilities are just fine, the management is extremely inhospitable (this was what my friends tried to tell me). The Buffalo Inn is one of the very few... More

My wife and I stayed at Buffalo Run Inn on June 15, 2016. We were looking for something close to the entrance of the North Cascades National Park. We had never heard of the Buffalo Inn, but there was nothing else in the nearby area so we took a chance. To our surprise the room could not have been any... More

Marblemount is a very small town, but it's convenient for visiting North Cascades. The inn is only a 15 minute drive from the park. Our room was large, clean, had a small kitchen, included a simple breakfast (yogurt, oatmeal, pastries, etc), and was decorated with lots of buffalo and other animal decor. There was free internet which worked most of... More

The first impression when I saw the motel from out side, I have to admit that I better find some place else. But I have no other choice to go for because there are only two motel in the area and one of them is sold out. So I decided to take a room with out seeing it. The motel... More

We stayed here outside the normal "season" - in March. This meant the hotel, and the whole town, were pretty much deserted, which suited us just fine. The hotel itself is on the main road through Marblemount, and it's easy to find. The place is decorated in "Western" style, with lots of (no surprise) buffalo art, and other tastefully done... More

This is the 2nd time my wife and I have visited this great little Inn. 1st off, if you're looking for a world class luxury hotel with mints on your pillow and a concierge....Keep on Trucking down the road. If you want comfort, cleanliness, peace and quiet, stop and book your room now. Both times we've been there the rooms... More

The place has been maintained nicely & is very clean. We had a room with two twin beds that was very small. The bathroom is shared with other rooms on the floor so not sure how they can charge ~$90/night for that. Bathroom is nice & clean though. You get a small discount to eat in their restaurant across the... More

If you are going to write a review it is paramount that you have your facts straight. First off, we only charge $69.00 plus tax, for a room with two twin beds upstairs in our hostel rooms. You also receive free wi-fi! Did you not pay attention to the prices when you made the reservation? It always makes me wonder... More
