Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The unit we stayed in (I believe it was named the Captain's Quarters) had everything we needed for a comfortable, home-style stay and had a cabin like feeling. Loved the bathroom, the mudroom equipped with a wagon that we used to haul our lounge chairs to the beach, and the close proximity to... More

Three of us shared the Forecastle room/cabin over the 2014 Memorial Day weekend and it fit our needs perfectly. Is the place older and a little funky? Yep!! Was it comfortable, clean and inviting - 100% yes. The location is perfect, quiet and on the edge of the dunes but within a block of the main beach entrance in Long... More

This little hotel was perfect. Me and my other and two dogs stayed here two nights. We originally reserved the snug which proved way too snug with two dogs. We upgraded to the captains quarters which had a full? And a twin with trundle that was perfect for small low to ground dogs. Manager was very nice and let us... More

Yes, this building has been here for quite a while. On the other hand, the proprietors make sure that the rooms are warm, dry, comfortable, well-kept, and quite inexpensive. Proprietor is friendly, no muss, no fuss. It's no smoking, no underage drinking, and the coffee for the machine in the room was even decent. Interent is quite quick, of course... More

We really enjoyed our week here. I chose this property because it was pet-friendly, with a $10 fee per night, the unit had a king-bed (a tall order for some reason), a kitchen and a Jacuzzi tub; plus, the location was central and everything we needed was within easy walking distance. We also found that this was a most convenient... More

The rooms are clean efficiency rooms. Many of them have porches that make perfect play rooms. The rooms are cute and clean. Its an old place but well maintained. Quick walk to the beach or town and the owners are very friendly and inviting.

We recently stayed in the Altanis room with our daughter and her friend. The facility is within walking distance to town and the beach. The rooms were clean, carpets a little stained, kitchen functional, but small, bathroom OK, shower OK. Master bedroom good size and king bed comfortable, 2nd bedroom, small with queen bed also comfortable. Outside doors worn and... More

Hi - we're glad you mostly enjoyed staying with us, and hope the next time it will be a completely enjoyable time. Sorry for the misunderstanding about the cat - and she was a good cat, too! As you can imagine, we mostly only ever get dogs, so I think we just assumed at this end, and you know what... More

I stayed in the Cozy room at Arcadia Court for a Friday and Saturday night in January. The room had two clean, comfortable beds, a desk, a computer-monitor-sized TV, and a coffee maker. Internet access was blazing fast, much faster than I've had in most larger corporate hotels. The room was unheated before I arrived on Friday. It took a... More

We took the "Captain's" room which was still one of the least expensive stays we had on our trip down the Washington and Oregon coasts and enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra day on the way down and again on the way back. It's not fancy or new, but it was clean with a full kitchen and comfortable... More

Wife and I found the Arcadia on the web. We got the more inexpensive "Cozy" room with our dog, and it had everything we needed. The Cable had MSNBC and CNN, etc so that worked for us. Our dog and I really liked that there was a driveway or easement on the side that led to some dunes along the... More
