Considering what hotels and rental houses costs these days, the condo option is a great value. Nothing fancy, but it allows our family to take multiple trips each year. They are nice folks at the office. Pool area is kept clean. Incredible property. Are most units dated? Yep. But try finding all what this place has to offer at this price point.

When we reserved the room, we thought we were getting a typical room w/ queen bed, bath, and only a tiny refrigerator and microwave. What a surprise when we entered the room and realized it was a full-service room with full stocked kitchen and separate sitting room plus lanai. We will definitely stay here again on our next beach visit!

We've been going here at least once a year for probably ten years. Always enjoy our stay. It's not "fancy", but has all the amenities you need for a week or a few days at the beach. Walk on a paved or gravel path right from your front door to the 22 mile Long Beach. Even in the Summer it doesn't feel crowded. Rooms have all the conveniences for cooking for a large crowd, but there are good places to eat in town too. Scoopers has the largest and the best ice cream! Rent bicycles, horses, scooters, etc. Shop at unusual tourist shops. Cottage Bakery in town has amazing baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, even Gluten free items!

The condos/hotel are well appointed. It was comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped to handle cooking. The only negative is that the wifi isn’t terrible strong most of the time. The location is quite good. It is maybe a quarter mile walk down a small trail to the beach. There is no water view from the first floor locations.

We love the spacious condo with the big kitchen, game closet and two bathrooms. Perfect for our big family. We even brought our two dogs and the patio opens right up to a huge grassy field where all the kids played and flew kites. There's a fun playground and walking trails right to the beach. The best part is even if the weather is yucky there's a huge indoor pool with hot tub. This is our favorite vacation spot!

We,ve stayed at the breakers. Numerous times over the years, staying in the same condo. Until the owners moved back in. We stayed in 408 this time. Omg it was beautiful, looked recently remodeled and very. Modern. Love a king bed, since we have a queen. At home. We always stay on bottom floor. Old knees can't handle the stairs. The property is very clean and well kept. Staff. Friendly. Very nice and quiet this time. This is the only place we,ll stay. And it's a good value. For the money wether you bring family pets or a couples. Weekend

It was a very relaxing stay over the weekday for quick break from the city. The #404 unit was newly renovated with new furnitures. The king size bed was very comfortable and the view from the windows and patio is very relaxing. We are at the ground floor so it was an easy access for loading flour stuffs from the car. The unit is also fully furnished with all cooking appliances and utensils we needed during our stay. Huge and comfy sofa and big screen tv made our stay relaxing. Very satisfied guests here. :)

We have stayed here before but that was before Covid. This was for our anniversary and birthday and was very excited. Till we arrived, I thought we were going to have a separate bedroom as we booked a " 1 bedroom" which implies that there is a separate bedroom, it also states "ocean view " which really is not. You have to go on the balcony and stretch and turn to see it but can be seen from the hotel room. So make sure you ask "can you see the ocean from my room?" It should advertise that this room has a king bed and not call it a "1 bedroom" It also smelled very musty and has to open the 1 window and both doors, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever been in. I travel for a living 5 days a week and never has stayed in a bed this horrible. We did not sleep at all as if you even moved a little the whole bed creaked and the headboard would slam on the wall. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. It was by the basketball court and there were people playing basketball at 10 pm and you were able to hear it clear as day. In the shower on the soap rack had not been cleaned for some time as the soap rack had old soap caked on and was very disgusting. There was also a light bulb out and the baseboard heating was extremely loud that I had to turn it off as I was not able to sleep with it crackling all night. WhenI voiced by complaint with the office they inquired where I made the reservation and i told them on THEIR website. His response is next time call and we can place you in a 1 bedroom. I told him that that is what I elected and they were misleading by calling our room a "1 bedroom. All I got was a "SORRY" I paid my bill and left.

The room and pool were very clean. Bathroom was a little small with only a shower but well maintained and clean. Next time I will request a ground floor, third floor was a little difficult for this old lady. The grounds were beautiful and close to the ocean. I will definitely stay here again. The people were great.

We just spent four days and three nights at the beach and stayed in one of the Breakers’ extraordinary condos with a view overlooking the ocean and a picturesque trail to the beach. We were blown away actually by how nice the condo was and how centrally located it was to everything we wanted to do. In fact we could’ve just stayed on property without leaving and walked back-and-forth to The Cove restaurant, which is really fantastic. We went crabbing in the Columbia river and oyster shucking and razor clam digging on the peninsula, securing limits of all three and eating amazing meals in our condo’s kitchen. The Breakers also has an outdoor cleaning facility for clams or any seafood you might gather. This is handy. The seven year old LOVED the pool and hot tub. This is a fantastic place for families to stay. I highly recommend The Breakers; it’s an exceptional choice for any Long Beach activity, especially razor clamming.
