Stayed in units 107/108. Units close to paved trail and office. Easy to unload car. Courteous staff. Units have been remodeled and were clean. Full kitchen. A good selection of games, puzzles, sand toys, and books. Enjoyed the guest log and good places to eat suggestions. The free bike rental is a plus! Wifi works. Nice to have a pool...

The hotel itself is perfectly located in town with easy access to the beach. There is a little bit of a walk to the actual beach but nothing too bad. Restaurants are fairly close as are the shops. The staff was friendly and was very helpful with suggestions of places to eat. The room was nice and clean but was nothing...

Love this property!!! This is our favorite place in the area to stay and have been here more than 10x's. Jacuzzi, pool, bbq, bikes & awesome riding trails, you need for nothing here. The condos feel like home and are so well maintained. Comfortable beds and pull out couch beds too! Our jacuzzi tub was heavenly. It's so quiet and...

Room was comfy and clean enough, staff are friendly. Grounds are kept nice and the pool is fun. The room could of been cleaned so.wine smoked and left the nasty container on our deck so we could not open the door due to the horrific smell. I would stay again though just check the room a little closer.

A good place to land. Quiet and felt secluded, fairly close to the beach. The bed was firm and comfortable and the room was clean although somewhat dated. Stayed only one night but good place to stay out of a stormy night. Evening shift could have smiled a little. Day shift desk was delightful!

Awesome unit, great service from office on reservations and local restaurant suggestions. Great place to relax outside the city, but easy access to all the activities. Clean unit even though it is older, we loved it

The breakers condos were clean, comfortable and restful. We took a couple nights after our wedding to rest and the condo was perfect. A great walking/cycling trail, indoor pool and bikes to use. The front desk people were very helpful. Only downside... no elevators so if you have a lot of heavy luggage it could be challenging.

Room: 325 bld C Yes it is somewhat dated but then again so is the town. This room had a very comfortable bed and a great veiw(on a clear day). It was prefect for a weekend get away. The resort itsself had a few cons, there were 8, yes 8 spiders right outside our door and countless ones in the...

The best feature was the very comfortable bed...but really, the tiny fridge and microwave and coffee pot filled half of the tiny closet...and was too tight to use the other side of it. It smelled fairly strong of insecticide...though with allowing animals too, I suppose that was necessary...but it left me stuffed up and not sleeping well due to my...

There were 7 family members & we were able to have adjoining condos. We were on the 2nd floor in Building B. We enjoyed a wonderful kitchen even though we only fixed snacks & ate out for our meals. I slept on the sofa bed in the living room & it was the best sofa bed that I had ever...
