We visited Mountain Springs for our son's wedding. Wedding Coordinator, Andrea, was wonderful to work with; she made sure all the requests from the bride and groom were met. Securing lodging and meals for a big family weekend is not easy, yet Andrea made it all come together with a smile. Aside from the weather, everything was perfect. Thank you Mountain Springs; Thank you Andrea.
This somewhat remote venue is just far enough away from everything that you should come to the conclusion that there's no better place to be married. The facility is spectacular and can meet just about all your needs for a dream wedding. Our family gathered there last weekend to marry my nephew to his wonderful bride. The venue could not be more accommodating and the food was delicious.
My wife and I had planned a wedding for last weekend back in August of 2018. However, as life sometime does, things happen and the wedding was canceled. This review is about how well we were treated. From the very beginning Andrea was very knowledgeable and helpful. The thing that was impressive is even when we had to cancel, she continued to take care of us. She worked hard to get us as much of our refund as possible. My wife and I decided since since we didn't get a refund for the venue that we would stay in the suite we originally reserved. We were not going to get to the lodge before 2pm so we called and ordered lunch to be picked up once we got there. The moment we got there, the red carpet was rolled out. They waited until we got there to start cooking the lunch we ordered so it would be fresh. The check-in was quick, smooth, and informative. And of course very friendly. That night WSU was on ESPN, however our TV didn't get ESPN. I asked the front desk why and after about 4 phone calls we found out the the provider doesn't offer it. It had nothing to do Mountain Springs, yet she made multiple attempts to help me. No worries, I watched it on my phone. Then the next morning I had a knock on the door and it was someone who had a device to hook up to the TV so I could get ESPN the rest of the weekend. I didn't ask for this, but again, it's an example of how every single person working there bust the butts to make sure you have a good time. The lodge and property are beautiful. The food is great. Sunday brunch was amazing. So what was supposed to be sad weekend thinking about what was supposed to happen turned into a fantastic time. We were treated so well that we are going to go back this winter. I tried to remember as many names a possible, so I am forgetting some of the name. Thank you so much Andrea, Julie, Lindsey, and everyone for a great time.…
Perfect get away! Cabins have hot tub, full kitchen and well furnished. Great for family with children. Heated pool, zip lining nearby and volley ball court, fly fishing lessons available..etc I highly recommend this place.
Gorgeous facility! We enjoyed staying in a couple of the smaller cabins. Swam in the pool every day and soaked in our cabin's hot tub after riding the zip lines (a blast!) and taking a horseback ride (a wonderful experience and also on site). Lake Wenatchee is only about 5 miles away and is a great place to swim, kayak and paddle board. The Lodge is immaculate and all the cabins look new, even though they're probably not. Great service, highly recommended.
