We visited here in August 2013 and I really thought I had left feedback, but in preparing to book again realized that I did not. We loved staying here! We stayed in a lower suite (for three people) and it was great! There is a hot tub available; which we enjoyed and a refrigerator for any wine or cheese or... More

This was an amazing place to stay. We had the castle room and it was beautiful. Felt like a princess in that bed. Our trip started out lousy from the moment we missed our connecting flight to wenatchee because they decided to leave early. they couldn't get us on another flight until 11:00 pm and it was 9:35 am. So... More

We stayed two nights in the Castle Suite in Oct. 2011. I've just gotten around to writing a review as my feelings are mixed. We've stayed in many different inns and hotels in Leavenworth. In some aspects, I really liked this place. We stayed in the castle suite for two nights. What I liked: * the location. I thought it... More

We had a wonderful stay! We were so comfortable, relaxed, and truly enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to down town, right on the river with trails and wildlife. It was very romantic and the wine tasting was a nice extra. One of the best vacations we have ever had. Will be there again soon.

My husband and I stayed here a few months ago, and are coming back for an entire weekend. We bought two gift certificates for my parents, and my brother and sister in law to stay here as well. Love, love love this place! We stayed in the Castle Suite last time, and will stay in the Palace Suite this time.... More

This place was phenomenal! The attention to detail in the rooms and through out the inn was superb. Breakfast on the deck over looking the river was a real treat and the giant kingsized bed was luxurious. This location, while not in the heart of town, was walking distance and easily found after a few sessions of wine tastings at... More

We stayed at the Bavarian River House in the Castle Suite late July. Of all the hotel rooms that I have stayed in this one is my most memorable and favorite. The themed décor is classic and tasteful without being over the top. A great place to go if you want to feel like royalty – the big canopy bed... More

We have a mixed impression of the Bavarian River House. The room was about $300 a night, so our expectations were high. The room was not as clean as it should have been (the tub needed to be scrubbed before we could use it). Check out was very early, 10 am, leaving us little chance to sleep in. The woman... More

“Be cautious about the lower level room with the hot tub outside of the window. If there are people that get in during the wee hours then you could be awakened if they are not courteous.”

“We had the castle and loved it, though it was dark and my eyesight isn't the best. It is upstairs with also the Palace room and children are not allowed up there so that's nice. There is no resident living on the premises so our 1st night we had the entire Inn to ourselves.”

“The castle room is very dark. If that's not your liking, consider the Palace room. Both are on the top floor and have great river views.”
