Cozy inn in funky little town on Whidbey Island. Great service, clean rooms (a little small compared to large modern hotel), great breakfast which is served starting at 8:30 -- potentially a problem for those out exploring early. But we booked this place for a Sunday night getaway close to home and would stay here again.

Lovely B&B with a beautiful view in Langely. Wonderful staff, just wonderful! Stayed in the Carriage House with friends. The room was beautiful. It was very nicely decorated. It had a huge bathroom and even a kitchen. Had a large deck overlooking the water. I slept on the pull-out sofa and it was very comfortable. Their bed sheets were so...

Well gosh, thank you!!! While I have not met you during your stay, I did hear that you were very generous with praise for the Inn and for both breakfast chefs, Allegra and Susan, which of course, is very motivating and certainly much appreciated. Thank you for sharing this on T/A. Langley is a delightful place for a retreat. Additional...

Wonderful inn with accommodating staff - thanks Jenny, Suzy, and Josie for a lovely stay. The rooms are cozy and quiet with a fireplace and water/town view. Spotlessly clean. Fantastic hot breakfast prepared each morning by skilled Chef Susan. Tea, wine and snacks in the afternoon. Perfect location for a walk to town shops and restaurants. Owners Jim and Jenny...

We visited for an overnight girls weekend. The front desk lady was very hospitable and let us check in early, then gave a tour of the hotel as she brought us to our rooms. The rooms were clean, beautifully decorated. Nice bathrooms and beautiful view! We enjoyed wine and cheese in the lobby that afternoon and wonderful breakfast the next...

We've been coming to the Saratoga Inn for our annual getaway for 18 years straight now and have always had an absolutely amazing time. We just got back from our latest stay three weeks ago and, once again, had an absolutely first-rate experience. We typically come the same week every year (mid/late March) and stay in the same room (usually...

We had a wonderful time staying here for two nights and have already recommended it to several of our friends. The accommodations were very nice. The owners and their staff were very cordial, helpful and friendly. We enjoyed meeting a few other people staying there (one couple told us that they had stayed there 40-50 times already!). The afternoon wine,...

Thank you for your recent visit and review for the Saratoga Inn. You mentioned a particular characteristic of an Inn that seems to delight many repeat guests; that is, an optional common area that offers an opportunity to meet and chat with guests from other parts of the country. Since the couple you mentioned live in Seattle, they have made...

This is the third visit to the Saratoga and we continue to enjoy it. It started off great when we arrived and the desk clerk advised us that we'd been upgraded to a better room. The rooms are smallish but very clean and well kept. They have a complimentary wine/cheese hour every afternoon. They also serve an exceptional breakfast every...

Well, Thank You for your recent visit to Langley the Saratoga Inn and your second review! We are always pleased when first time visitors become repeats. Right now the whales are also repeat visitors and perhaps you caught a glimpse of them from the high bluff perch of your room. The backdrop of mountains are still snow capped and the...

I love how B&Bs are charming and quiet, but don't always feel like I have my privacy. TheSaratoga Inn is the best of both worlds. Our room, #7, was luxurious. We had a balcony with views of the bay, a fireplace and two armchairs. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were soft and the pillows were fluffy. The shower had...

Thank you for your delightful review. Your comment about "privacy" is particularly noted and appreciated. Since the Saratoga Inn is not a house but was conceived and designed to be an Inn, room to room sound attenuation was an important consideration. Each room has 2.5 inches of solid wall board along with resilient sound channels on staggered wall studs so...

We spent our honeymoon night in February 2009 in the gatehouse condo. It was a wonderful, quiet, private room with our own kitchen area, living/bedroom, and a nice view across Saratoga Passage. It's right on the highway, which caused us concern that it might be too noisy, but we didn't notice it after dark. Breakfast in the common room was...

Ah, the "Carriage House" with its privacy and romantic tub for two that also captures the water and mountain views; a pleasant place for a honeymoon retreat. We do hope you will return again for your coming anniversary celebrations ... for many, many years. We wish you all the best and thank you for your pleasant review.

This upscale inn has a prominent location atop a hill looking east across Puget Sound at the Cascade Mountains. Comfortable, well-appointed rooms. Gas fireplaces in the rooms and common areas. Thank you, Dave, for your recent stay and positive review for the Saratoga Inn.
