I surprised my husband with a stay at the Woodmark for our anniversary weekend. It was very nice to have the balcony overlooking the lake and to have everything contained within the area so you don’t have to leave at all. Dinner at Como was nice. The remodel/construction wasn’t disruptive or loud during our stay. It would have been 5 stars if there had been a hot tub and/or pool in the fitness center.
Expensive considering the hotel was under renovations. Did not make a good impression so won’t go back. Lots of other nice places to stay nearby. Did not like our experience at the Beach Cafe restaurant either. Staff was rude, except the bartender was cool.
The hotel overcharges for self-parking in a lot that otherwise will be free orcost less than $5 and has plenty of space unless you choose to park in their few spots. Additionally there’s a resort fee. These charges happen after checkout and was not disclosed on my booking.
We came to Woodmark for a Christmas Celebration for work. The staff who greeted us when we checked in were welcoming and very helpful. The room we were in downstairs was lovely and the food was delicious. The staff helping us during the Christmas party were very kind and attentive.
My husband and I stayed here one night on our anniversary road trip. It was beautiful, from the room to the view. We had a corner room with view of the lake, and a private balcony. It was a very nice classic hotel. Near alot of restaurants and activities.
The rooms are nice, although there were crumbs left on the desk when I checked in, so the cleaning was not thorough. The view of the water is pleasant and the staff is mostly accommodating. What makes this hotel terrible is the lack of food service. I was prepared for no room service due to Covid and another reviewer, but the restaurant that is in the hotel, the Beach Cafe, would not accept a dinner order because they were "too busy." What?! How is that possible! Super disappointing. Also, the spa services were not available.
What a beautiful hotel! My husband and I were taking a short vacation in Washington State and decided to spend two nights in Kirkland at the Woodmark. It is a classic hotel in front of Washington Lake, rooms are very comfortable, the views of the lake and the marina are incredible and there are several options to eat and have afternoon drinks at the plaza, which is where the hotel’s main entrance is located. Their location is perfect, you can walk into town if you like, or use one of their bikes, which are complementary. They also provide complementary kayaks to enjoy the lake. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Kirkland, loved this hotel and its location.
What a treat this hotel is. Upon visiting the Seattle area we decided to kick-off our trip with two nights at the Woodmark. We were greeted with a glass of champagne at check-in (which hit the spot after a long day of traveling) and were excited to learn that our room was available for early check-in. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the bathroom/shower situation is best in class. Overall worth the splurge! Highly recommend checking out the spa for a massage and the nearby restaurants as well. Loved having everything on-premises to make for a relaxing start to our trip.
I can't understand the negative reviews of this hotel which I find to be absolutely perfect and I am very picky. From the moment I booked it and had questions, Kyra was right there responding to our every need. When we finally arrive, it was a delight to meet her.We were greeted with champagne! The rooms are fantastic, beds very comfortable and Wonderful showers. Instead of wasting plastic bottles for water, you fill up a glass bottle at a water machine and it is delicious. Highly, highly recommend this hotel and Kyra should be commended for her terrific service
Room Service and Housekeeping would have been nice. I was told that I needed to stay 4 nights to have Housekeeping and there was no room service. For what was paid for the room and no Housekeeping or Room Service was a complete Joke--- Totally pathetic. Severely disappointed.
