Had a meeting to attend and pleased we stayed here. Ali was terrific at check-in. Lots of information. Our room looked out at the lake. Very spacious room. Was able to get a good night's sleep. The hotel grounds were extremely clean. Would love to return during the summer.
We went there for anniversary expecting the same service like we have had in the past we didn’t expect all the extra service fees that now all of a sudden they charge....100.00 above for fees and taxes! We expected some costs associated with Covid but not $100 a night!!!!
I gave never met a Hotel Service Supervisor more concerned than Britney. It starts before you even get there. You receive a text inquiring if there is anything they can do to help with your stay. When we got there I met Britney. What a kind person. Put us in a great room. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful view of Lake Washington. We went out to dinner and received another text asking if everything was going well and if we needed anything When we got back we were reminded to raid their pantry. What fun. I honestly don't know what to say except Thanks Britney and Woodmark. Do not let her get away. Sincerely John Grey and Family
Wife and I had a wonderful time recharging for the first time since our 7 month old was born. The room was wonderful, stayed in a suite with a balcony facing the lake. It had a large soaking tub/waterfall shower combo! Luxury soap products, and a 7x filtered water station just outside our room with refillable bottles. The bed was super comfortable, and we fell asleep within minutes. We ordered breakfast from Carillon Kitchen and the food was great but there was a little delay in getting our food. The time we were given to pick up the food was not correct and we ended up having to wait for about 20 minutes to get our order from the time we were told to pick it up. Had it not been for that I would have given the hotel 5/5 rating. One thing to note, the restaurant that typical serves dinner is closed temporarily due to COVID, so be prepared to order take out.…
My husband and I were doing a staycation for our anniversary this year. I just wanted to see the water and relax. All the places I was researching at the ocean were beyond expensive for some reason so I landed on the Woodmark. We had a lakefront view that was stunning. I would have loved to have a balcony but they were sold out. We did have a floor to ceiling slider window which was the next best thing. The room was sparkling clean as was the entire hotel. The staff were friendly and available for questions. We took advantage of the kayak's that the hotel offers and enjoyed some time out on the water. I will absolutely come back again. There isn't much else to do around the hotel but if you are looking for relaxation this hotel has that in spades.
