Detailed Reviews
This bed and breakfast was a fabulous stay and a highlight of a cross-country trip I am on. I stayed in the Curlew Room; it was plenty large for myself and my mom, with a large private bathroom as well. Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the homemade breakfast in the morning was delicious and fresh. Will definitely stay here again if I'm ever passing back through!

What a wonderful, peaceful place to stay!
The rooms are elegant and the house and grounds spectacular. Lots of varieties of birds to see, so many relaxing outdoor areas. Be sure to bring some wine to enjoy in the huge gazebo, especially gorgeous when lit up at night.
The fresh vegan breakfasts were delicious, beautifully presented and filling. Compliments to the chef!
I can highly recommend a stay in this historical out of the way B&B, you won't be disappointed.

My partner and I went here the first couple weeks it opened back in May and had an incredible weekend getaway! We stayed in the Rigley Room and it was perfect. We weren't bothered by other guests and barely saw anyone. The owner was very accommodating and easy to talk to. She prepared some great breakfasts that we enjoyed, notably the smoothie bowl! Since going, I've seen they have added chocolate covered strawberries and vegan charcuterie boards for add-ons which all look phenomenal and makes me want to go back again!
It was a beautiful home and had interesting history as nuns convent 100 years ago. They offered a daily evening tour around the property and providing some delicuous flavored lemonade made from scratch. We were able to find a few vegan options in the area for dinners, though it was more limited, it was still enjoyable to be in a more remote and quaint town for the weekend. We hit up a drive in and explored some antique and fun shops in town. I highly recommend this all vegan B&B for a special weekend getaway!

This is a beautiful and historic former convent turned into a four room b and b. It's on 43 acres and the grounds are lovely; there are nice outdoor sitting areas. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are quiet and dark at night, and the tvs have Netflix/Amazon/etc. Breakfast was a very nice waffle with blueberry compote. I've come to the area for work a few times and I'm so glad to have found an alternative to the simple motels in the area.

Two hours from Spokane, on the way to BC — the border crossing closes at 8pm so rather than rushing & adding stress to our trip, we decided to sleep on the way, and cross in the morning. This is a perfect place for such a stop. Beautiful garden, large comfortable rooms. Keep in mind the place is vegan so if you chose to order a cheese platter, it will have no cheese 😊

On a recent road trip with our friend we got to stay here passing through town. It was a wonderful stay, we loved the tour of the grounds in the evening, the wildlife sightings, breakfast was wonderful, and everything was so clean and welcoming. Wonderful stay!

A spectacular setting! I wish I could have spent a week there in the company of owner Jenelle Cruz, a gracious host who is happy to share her knowledge. The B&B is a Must for history buffs. It is a perfect location for exploring.

My husband and I recently had the chance to spend a couple of glorious days at Janelle's beautiful Gardenview Estate Bed and Breakfast. I am so glad that we made time to take Janelle's walking tour of the property where we learned lots of the impressive history of the property.
I can't forgot to mention Janelle's completely delicious breakfasts. It has been a long time since I have enjoyed a fresh, hot, delicious breakfast in bed. Janelle's food was worth the wait!!
Our room was tastefully appointed and spacious. The bed was so comfy.
Everything about our stay was terrific. Janelle is a terrific host! We look forward to a return visit.

EXCELLENT!! Highly recommend!! I was recently on a business trip and stayed at the Gardenview Estate B&B for 4 nights. The owners were extremely nice and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! I stayed in the suite which had a private balcony overlooking the mountains and sunset. For me, it was truly a great escape from a busy work day.

What a gem! We didn’t want to stay in a run of the mill motel while in the Kettle Falls/ Republic/Colville area and this was anything but! We were thoroughly spoiled by the lovely accommodations including the rich history of this convent turned bed and breakfast and the beautiful views of this property too! It was clear the little things matter to our hosts’ and we were thrilled by their attentiveness and attention to detail, right down to the new, comfy white towels!
We will definitely be returning! Thank you ❤️
