They will ask for a 100 dollar deposit and you will not get that back. Customer service is bad. Front desk guys are not very friendly. Tried calling multiple times to see why I hadn’t gotten my deposit back and they said they would call me back but never did.
Good place for a night before the flight…the place is clean but needs some air freshener for a good smell. check-in time is not flexible and bidet is also a must for me. Have not tried the breakfast coz we left early…
This place was super unclean outside and inside. The bedding was dirty, the room smelled horrible, There were several homeless people out front by the entrance. Overall seriously gross place to stay. The couch had bugs in it. Super bad and unsafe. WAY overpriced!!!
The staff isn't very friendly, the area is not very safe and the room was dirty. We found old pistachios under the ottoman in our room. The man that checked us in seemed irritated that we arrived and interrupted him. He wasn't welcoming and didn't greet us or smile once. We had to be the ones to say hello when we walked in. I don't recommend this hotel. They could do much better. There also seemed to be some generator or something running all night long both nights we stayed so, it was very loud in the room. We didn't sleep well at all.
I had prepaid for my trip on Expedia, when I got there they will not let me check in because they don't accept my card for the deposit. I was using a TD Visa Debit card and it doesn't have a name on it. TD had stop printing names on cards for a long time now for safety reasons. It was the same card I used to book the hotel with I said I have my account and everything to prove that it's my card. So it took a long time with me talking to the manager on duty and her calling someone else for them to finally let me check it. Also it's been a week now since I had checked out and they still have not return my deposit and they say it will take up to 3 weeks. Also they advertise that they have a spa tub and a spa area but that's been closed down for months pretty much since covid and hasn't open back up yet. Their food also pretty low grade.…
A huge spider came and took a shower with me. Not very pleasant! And the place was full of mold. Totally gross. I would never stay there again. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Even by Days Inn standards, it's a dump.
priced well and good accommodations and clean, daily cleaning was excellent, clean towels each day, breakfast was real good, noise was to a minimum in the evening, no odors in the room, it seemed like a safe area
We booked this hotel with our friends for a night. Hotel is old and need a renovation. Spa is still closed. Breakfast was ok. It was ok for the money we spent, but definitely staying for a long time this is not a choice.
I was charged $85.98 for a stay I did not use. I made the reservation with Days Inn reservations directly and was assured by the Reservation agent this particular Days Inn had an airport shuttle we had a flight delay and needed a room just for seven hours so it was imperative we had a shuttle to and from the airport. Once the reservation was made the agent transferred me directly to the hotel to request airport pick up where I was informed they did not have a shuttle. I asked them to please cancel the reservation as I needed a shuttle. There was no nonrefundable issue because I had made the reservation around 10 PM and inform them immediately on the same phone call I was not going to be able to use the reservation. To my dismay I was charged The full price of the room so I called the hotel directly and the receptionist said she would speak with the manager and get back with me when I never received a call back I called again and they said I could leave a message for the manager which I did and again no response so I called again and was told the manager was not in so I asked for an email address and sent an email to get this resolved. I never leave negative reviews, But I feel this is blatant thievery and very poor customer service if I cannot even get a reply or someone to speak with me instead of dodging phone calls. I would never stay here because this is a good indication of character and customer service at this establishment.…
I was checking in walked up to the desk and noticed that the front desk guy was watching porn on his phone. He was more interested in watching his porn then getting me checked in. I could clearly hear what was going on this phone which is absolutely sickening two girls talking about giving the nastiest hand jobs and who were they would give it to. It took almost 45 minutes to get me checked. I had to ask for my key to my room because he forgot to give it to me too wrapped up in this porn. He also didn't tell me where the room was what floor are where I should go to get to my room. I finally made it down to my room door to find out that the key heat give me doesn't work so I had to go all the way back up front to get it recoded. I have stayed in a lot of hotels I travel for business and I can say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in it needs to be burnt to the ground and rebuilt that would be the only way to get rid of that STDs that I'm sure that guy is spreading around. You would be very wise to avoid this place at all costs this isn't fit for a truck driver.…
