No lights in the parking lot. A/C not working. People working on cars all hours of the night. Police on the property all 5 nights we stayed. No housekeeping. Fights in parking lot. Don't stay here. Surprised Wyndam lets them keep the Wyndham blame
The front desk staff especially the night auditor was very rude and need to be retrained very unprofessional and the parking lot stay full of trash scattered everywhere. upstairs guests with kids stomping over your head and i couldn't enjoy my stay or get any rest and the front desk staff didn't do anything to resolve the matter
As a Platinum member I called and received an early check-in! When we got there we observed housekeeping doing an amazing job of cleaning in the midst of Covid19. Th e overall facility was very clean and well presented! I will be staying here again!
The roomed reeked of cigarette and pot smoke even though there were signs claiming it was a “smoke free room”. Everything looked like it was from the 70s and one of the beds looked like the main blanket had cigarette singe marks on it. The pull out couch smelled pretty awful as well. The size and layout of the room is nice but with the other things I would never go back there. The customer service wasn’t very good either. When we checked in there was a guy there with the young women at the front desk, probably her boyfriend. Not very professional in my opinion. Also we were awoken at 7am by one of the other residents playing loud rap music. We called the front desk and she had to call everyone’s rooms to find out who it was because she said she was the only one there and couldn’t leave the desk. All in all, just go somewhere else.…
We loved the two bedroom two story suite. However, my frustration started at check in. The room type I reserved was not available, then could not pay for the alternative downgrade because they do not accept credit cards without a chip. Had to go get cash. I was given a $5 discount for a room without jetted tubs or a fireplace. No bedding for the pullout couch. When the four of us received our dinner we could not eat it. There was a bunch of knives, one spoon and one fork. Called the front desk, who said they would see what they could find. After waiting a half hour one of us went down to the front desk to get plastic forks. Our food was then cold and one of us had to eat steak with plastic ware.
