We arrived late at night. Had 2 rooms w/ Orbitz. Only stayed long enough to find another hotel. Had to pay a $100 damage deposit which I have never had to do. They claim to have refunded the deposit? Nothing yet. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I have been all over the world! The room and hall reeked of pot smell. Could not wait to get out. Hotel's Favorite
Our family was initially booked across the street at the Ramada Wyndham Kent, but immediately left because it was scary and filthy and they assigned us an occupied room and we walked in on some sketchy tenants. It was late, my kids were tired, so we stayed close and went across street to Comfort Inn; WORLD of difference!! It was modern, well lit, sparkling clean, with smiling staff. Our room was comfortable and the hot buffet breakfast included with stay was fresh and tasty. Excellent establishment! It was unfortunately close to the crime-ridden area of the Ramada, but Comfort Inn felt safe once inside.

I needed a room with a walk in shower and the hotel was over booked so they upgraded me to a suite with plenty of room. Great breakfast with a good many selections. The coffee was good and the room and cafe were clean

The room it itself was fine. The place had been renovated and there was fine breakfast. My review is mainly concerning the shuttle. However we chose this hotel for the park send fly. If you have to be at the airport by 7am (flights before 8:30am) or you land any time after 9:45pm you must Uber or take a taxi!! We landed on time but had to wait on the plane because of a medical emergency. Their shuttle is NOT 24 hours and you will be looking at a $25-35 ride EACH WAY. They should have someone there that can shuttle customers for Early and late flights (you should know that’s when the airport is the most crowded because it’s the most flights!) Any money way *may* have stayed parking in a lot at the airport was gone due to having such high transportation costs to and from the airport. Ajax is about $8 a day and 24hr shuttle. We will do that next time and just drive in the day of the flight. We almost paid that in Uber alone. …

We needed a room to stay in after a late night of Holiday Festivities. We stopped at the Comfort Inn without a reservation not expecting much and we were pleasantly surprised! Newly remodeled facility, tastefully done, clean, great affordable rate, nice bedding and breakfast the next morning! Well done Kent Comfort Inn!

General Manager seemed apathetic to our many issues during our stay. Between the paint and renovation fumes, not cleaning our room or changing sheets on the 4th night, and a General Manager who explained that 'he couldn't do anything to make this better', it was a miserable experience. As a middle class person who only takes 1 big vacation a year, this really did make my time there incredibly uncomfortable.

We stayed here at the beginning and end of a 3 week vacation. I'll admit we were a little concerned about some of the surrounding area - but it was just fine. Check in/out was great both times we stayed. Rooms were clean and while they didn't have the best views - it was late so we just closed the curtains. Our car was in the lot for 20 nights and we were careful to park right under a camera - but the lot was well lit and we had no issues leaving our car there. Only had breakfast one morning and it was pretty decent. Being on the top floor we didn't hear much noise at all from other rooms which was nice. All in all we were very happy with our stay and would stay again if flying out of Seatac - shuttle service was prompt as well.

We stayed here twice at the beginning and end of a two-week road trip throughout Washington & Oregon. I'm a slightly awkward customer and like a certain sort of room configuration, and both times we stayed I was accommodated gracefully (props to the guy who works the late afternoon shift, we didn;t catch his name!) The hotel and rooms are sparking clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the beds are particularly comfortable. The pool was clean and fresh, and though I was initially expecting it to be difficult to tread water in less than 5 feet, it ended up being ok! Can't comment on breakfast - we always bring our own. The only thing I'd advise is to ask for a room overlooking the car park (it has hills and greenery in the background too) as opposed to the opposite side which is less pleasnt to have as a view. I'd gladly stay again next time we're in the area.…

Hotel features a very nice breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy along with waffles and other traditional breakfast items. Room was nice and dark, comfortable bed along with a reasonable sized room. Overall happy with the room but I would not go for a walk at night.

This hotel worked for us. We were there drag racing and it was 20min to the track and lots of places to eat around there and close to airport. Rooms were clean and good ac as it was needed, very hot. Breakfast was basic but good enough and staff were friendly and accomodating.
