I have been to this hotel probably 5 times in 2015. HGI is an upscale mid-priced full service hotel, and this one hits the mark every time. For this stay, I was able to select my room online before arriving to the hotel. When I actually arrived, the front desk handed me my room key, and I was off to...

Great hotel except for the continuous flashing lights while trying to sleep. Very clean and nicely decorated hotel. Shuttle to within 5 miles was really helpful. Would stay there again and recommend to friends.

Hilton Garden Inns are great places to stay, and this one hotel is no exception. Staff is courteous and the amenities are very nice. I especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast; great food at a reasonable price. Parking is also very easy. I will come back here!

I booked a block of rooms for my wedding weekend and it worked out great! Zack in sales was super helpful and prompt with all of our commnication. The rate was great and the hotel was clean and accommodating. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was great. It was nice to have an indoor pool available as well.

My husband and I stayed here 2 nights for a bodybuilding competition. We stayed on first floor. It was quiet and comfy. We had a fridge and microwave in the King Suite. Breakfast was not included. Staff was friendly.

The hotel and nearly all of the accommodations were very clean and nice. The front desk personnel made a point of telling me about the adjustable bed firmness option. That night, after adjusting the bed on my side all the way to the firmest setting it became obvious something was wrong by the middle of the night when i awoke...

Every aspect of this hotel was superb, beginning with the attitude of every employee I encountered to the accommodations to the food. Stayed here as part of a group workshop experience and found the service far above par. Great location, too, and convenient to a variety of shops and good restaurants.

Rudeness and lack of customer service basics in management ruined my experience. On an important day for my family, the hotel chose to be combative, not solution oriented. I would recommend an alternate place to stay.
