I liked how the camp sites are spread apart and not right on top of each other. It was very clean- no litter anywhere. The map at the bathroom was hard to understand but the maps they handed out at the registration booth were easier to read. We stayed in North Camp which was more primitive- meaning that there was... This place worked out great to launch Mt Ellinor climb. It's close has nice setting, bathrooms, showers, felt very safe, easily accommodate our group of 14 in 2 sites. Very Curtiss and friendly staff. OThe swimming in the lake was an added bonus.

My wife is more of a glamper (glamor camping). Now I will say that we have a nice trailer that makes this campground even better since we use our own shower and restroom. We love to kayak on the very clean and clear lake which is almost 7 miles long. We also love riding our bikes around the campground and... More

Wr made reservations for October dates at this park. We pulled our trailer to the check in area and mentioned our reservations. On the way in and the whole time we were there, we got the impression that this was not a well cared for campground. There are two loops to this park--one down by the lake and another up... More

This spot is what made me fall in love with Washington State! We were on an extended road trip from Canada, and this was one of the best places we stayed by a long shot. We set up camp in a walk-in tent site near the lake, towards the far back portion of the southern camp. It was site #98... More

Very clean campsites, the outside sites are more spacious, some RV sites are just a few feet away from each other, book early and get the better sites and you won't be disappointed. Bathrooms are small and can get busy and dirty during peak times. Excellent beach with smooth rocks that don't hurt your feet, clear blue water and plenty... More

Washington's best kept secret. Super clean, in some places crystal clear lake. Gorgeous scenery. Nice drive. Good Boat launch. Plenty of space for boating and jet skiing! No luck fishing, but saw plenty on our depth fish finder.

My friends had their wedding here in the past year, and it was BEAUTIFUL! The woods made a great backdrop for their ceremony. The staff was kind and insisted on helping us with whatever we needed! Would definitely recommend for people who want a beautiful, rustic, woodsy wedding!

Very friendly staff! The beach area is nice and rocky, makes it easier than sand when you have little ones. Bathrooms were outdated but staff let me know they are working on them this winter! I stayed for three nights in site 50 which is big and beautiful! Last time I stayed up in the north camp, I do prefer... More
