Outstanding sights. Beautiful beach and so much to see. The forest is glorious as well as the water. In the silence, you feel nothing but awe. You must view this area. Made the drive from Forks, to Port Angeles and then to Seattle to board our cruise ship the most enjoyable viewing drive I have ever made. We saw three... More

The Kalaloch campground provides easy access to the beach, which offers fun water activities for the kiddos. In addition, it is close distant to the Hoh Rainforest. The trees surrounding the Kalaloch are just majestic. I will definitely go to Kalaloch again. If you live in WA state, Kalaloch is a MUST GO. Well, Kalaloch is a must go for... More

We stayed here for 2 nights. We had site A59 which was nice because on the one side we had trees the other side the people were divided by a nice set of bushes and some trees. Positives: on the beach and close to other hikes. Ruby Beach and Beach #4 only about 9 miles down the street. Hoh Rain... More

The campground is perfectly located amongst many of the Olympic National Forests best beaches. Forks is a mere 45 minutes away. So many little places to visit. The Old Cedar Tree is awesome in the middle of nowhere! Can you say Twilight? You can totally tell you were standing in areas the film was shot! Totally beautiful Country! The only... More

We stopped here on our way up the Olympic rain forest. We were amazed at how beautiful this park was. Along the WA coast. You get easy access to the Beach and can walk for miles and miles (especially on low tide). Expect to get rain and mist. It's part of the experience!

We reserved this campground well in advance, which turned out to be a blessing as it is apparently very popular. The campground is well-kept. The sites are kind of small - it was obviously developed for tent campers. We stayed in a 23 ft. travel trailer, and we were barely able to fit it in the cliffside site. I saw... More

Best view Iv ever seen. The campground is large and usually full in the summer but it's never to crowded. Rain forest spots and open tree lined sites to choose from. Beach acess leads you to hours of views, sunsets and walks.

We like to visit this campground in early to mid June, before the summer crowds hit. We were worried about the weather prediction, which was rain, rain, rain. But, we lucked out and it really only rained one night. The days were mostly clear and sunny. Beautiful! We had reservations, but saw several campsites we would have liked to be... More

In Oregon you cannot make reservations the day of, and because our trip was not scripted we never knew if a site would be available. There were only a few sites left although it was early afternoon and before Memorial Day. Our site was level, but not overlooking the beach. However it was a very brief walk to the beach.... More

Went to the campground together with friends a couple days ago. Did not do reservations, but found awesome spot place to stay right there. It was really quiet and so beautiful around. And of course it was really amazing to get right to the pacific coast, which is so close from the campground. Coast is really clean, what can't make... More
