It was alittle stormy due to the time of year it was expected & amazing seeing the ocean tossing the huge logs around like toothpicks with proper rain wear it's amazing to experience. The cabin we stayed in was awesome warm clean & very cozy, we look forward to going back for sure.

Enjoy three nights during low season. Nice cabin with wood stove overlooking the ocean. Comfortable cabin but housekeeping failed to provide any service other than making the bed, providing fresh towels, and delivering wood. No sweeping or replacing coffee cups. Meals were adequate and tasty. Staff were most pleasant and helpful. I would stay again. In season, whale watching is...

The cabins on the ocean have a nice view. The cabins are all very basic, without TV or other modern extras. The beds are comfortable and the kitchens are adequate. Prices are high, but there are very few alternatives (Ocean Crest nearby is excellent). The restaurant is good with moderately high prices. The beach area is beautiful.

We always stay in cabins as we have a dog. It is a it pricey here - but worth every penny. Lots of beaches to explore and if rainy and windy and high tide, one can always walk the campgrounds. No Wifi, TV or phones. They do have a TV in the game room of the lodge. They have expanded...

Crashing waves, wind, rain, sunshine & rainbows. Excellent food, long walks on the beach, and real fires in the fireplace at night. A special place to spend Thanksgiving with those you love and they even let you bring your doggie. Thank you!

We stayed at Kalaloch Lodge about 30 years ago and enjoyed it so much we wanted to revisit it. We had one night between Port Angeles and Astoria and welcomed the chance to stay here again. We rented half of one of the cabins and had an ocean view right out our window. The cabin is rustic but cozy, clean...

Stayed for 4 nights in one of the cabins and it was amazing. The cabins are clean and cozy. The beach is perfect at low tide for long walks. Could walk for hours and not see anyone. Had my dog with me and the lodge was perfect. Pet friendly cabins and beach. The store has delicious coffee and lots of...

Great winter getaway! Totally recommend walking on the beach, dinner in the lodge, explore the hoh rain forest and ruby beach. The quietness of November at the lodge was lovely and more affordable than summer.

We loved our brief stay at Kalaloch; our cabin was cosy and felt so comfortable. We loved the food at Creekside restaurant and our staff interactions were top-notch! Even with the wild weather, Kalaloch made a great base for our Olympic peninsula exploration. Thoroughly recommended.

There was very limited number of people even though they were heavily booked. Really loved the isolated location. Only reason I did not give it a 5 was that one of our two queen beds really was terrible. Definitely would go back though.
