We booked 4 nights in a Suite and found black mold in the bathroom and bedroom. Hotel staff came the second day to clean mold in shower. Additional mold was discovered in bedroom and we asked for a different room. We were referred to the manager who never called me and while I was in the casino security escorted me off the premises saying I was banned from the property under false allegations from hotel that I upset the desk clerk. I was not only robbed from the benefit of a room and other earned comps and discounts in the casino as a VIP high roller but am still defamed by false allegations and this banning. I later learned that others have reported black mold in their suites and were also banned by the hotel which includes the casino. I have spent 100s of thousands dollars at the Silver Reef and have never been treated so poorly. They don’t care about their guests safety or health nor do they appreciate your business. This place is corrupt and because it’s on Indian Lands locals have little to no protection. They know they have Black mold issues from multiple water leaks in their south tower and even had to shut down although they continue to cover it up and lie.

Nice casino with a good selection of slots and table games. The hotel was redone a few years ago and the rooms are quite lovely. Disappointed that an overnight stay no longer includes a buffet breakfast in the morning. On the hand hand I was pleasantly surprised to find the entire space is now smoke free with a small closed off room for smokes to the side. The toiletries provided are also a nice, spa level quality and that’s always a nice extra with full shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower. The restaurants also offer good food at a decent price (the grilled sheeted sandwich is outstanding!). Will definitely stay again.

The rooms are ok, stayed I. The north tower this time, we won’t do that again. The smell of smoke is very strong, the room was smoke free but very strong on the ways to rooms. Very disappointed that there is only 1 $10 black Jack table and 1 $25 black jack. Waited all night to play and never got on. The staff in the Red River cafe are very nice, the food is good. I felt it was good value for the money.

I don’t understand all the bad reviews! Check in was easy and efficient, and every single employee we interacted with was quite pleasant. The south tower hotel room was clean and comfortable. If I had any complaint it would be the hotel rooms are not soundproof, and the doors are noisy when they shut. Hubby and I had a great time playing the slot machines, and left with more cash than we arrived with. The meals and service were good. What more could we ask for? Thank you Silver Reef for a great anniversary celebration!

I've stayed here a couple of times in the past, and have to say I find that it is overpriced for the most part. I did eat at the Red River Cafe and the food and service were good. However, there were a lot of slot machines that were blank as in 'not in service' scattered throughout the casino floor. And I have to say that the hotel is looking 'tired'. I tried to get a drink at the bar, and the bartender was more interested in whatever sports game was on the TV. I finally got the attention of the second bartender, but then ended up taking my drink with me to the cafe. I just wanted to sit and enjoy my drink at the bar, but... Really sad to see how downhill it's gotten. It's a little bit of a drive off the freeway, which makes for a quiet night. Not too sure I'll be back.

Stayed on 3rd floor in older part of hotel and killed a bug during the night that was crawling on me. Woke up in the morning with about 15 bug bites!! When I called the manager she stated they have had no other complaints which I find hard to believe. Gross and now I am afraid I may have inadverently brought them home....

The hotel has certainly gone down since we last stayed there. It is quite expensive now and you get nothing. There is no housekeeping during your stay (so don't stay more than a couple of days) and no breakfast deals. We use to stay there a couple of times a year but we will not stay there again. Very disappointed.

Starting with a 20 min wait to check in, I got the feeling something was different. I haven’t stayed here since before the pandemic, and I was a frequent traveler then. Since I was standing in line with not much to do, I could over hear the check ins in front of me and 2 out of five rooms were not ready at check in time of 4pm. Check in was smooth for me thankfully, and we got a room in the North tower The room? Very clean. No issues The bathroom? Very clean. They now supply paper cups in the bathrooms which was a bit surprising to me. Turned on the water to fill up a water bottle and it was grey (see photo). I ran the water for a while thinking it would clear but no. I asked housekeeping about it and was told “it should be fine to drink”. I don’t think so. I bought some for $2.50 a bottle in the drink machine instead. Beds were comfy with very soft pillows that are not adult sized. But there were three of them so I managed. We have CPAP machines and had to move the night stand from the wall as there were no power outlets available near the beds. Also, the screen from the in room assistant we had to shut off because we couldn’t figure out how to turn down the brightness. No clock by the bed. Played in the casino for a while. It’s not as fun as pre pandemic. The machines are not as fun as they used to be. Mostly Asian themed games. Nothing with an interactive game. I didn’t find much I enjoyed. Skagit has much better machines We got a pizza from pizzanini and it was yummy as usual Overall not a horrible stay but nothing spectacular.

When we arrived we noticed the room counters & dresser needed wiped off. In-room tablet for music & identifying hotel amenities wouldn't connect. Called front desk to report tablet not working and they said would send a technician. Never showed up. Watching TV 10pm and it stopped working, lost connection for 30 min. We visit Bellingham several times a year, I think it's time to find a new hotel.

Front desk was bad. Not going back to stay. They used my credit card for another customer without my knowledge or authorization. Never told me. And when I called, they weren't about to apologize or comp me anything. Won't be back to stay.
