Worst Rv park ever. Like parking on a blacktop parking lot. No grass at all. Only shrubs planted as dividers between RV'S in small amount of soil. Barely enough room for slide with awnings not all the was out because of touching shrubs. No picnic table. Just like a wal mart parking lot without the store. Bummer. Will not go... More

Pros: excellent wifi. Awesome bbq place right outside park(on street by entrance), cute lake on property even saw someone catch a fish Cons: I don't like parking lot style RV parks, kinda shady neighborhood wit pot dispensaries everywhere, looks like a lot of permanent residences. It'll do in a pinch

When trying to find an RV spot for travelers, it was difficult. Many RV parks have long term occupants (4 - 10 years). We were fortunate to find Lakeside RV Park. Definitely, a nice piece of property compared to other options and nice looking (considering Hwy 99 is just outside the entrance). Can park with vehicle near RV, more vehicles... More

Tight, very tight spaces. Especially when little room for towed vehicles, so they're sticking out 4 ft or more into the narrow roads. Other than challenging navigation to and from the site, the park was clean, quiet, and conveniently located. Tanya in the office were very pleasant.

We stayed at Lakeside RV Park in South Everett in a motorhome for a month. This location is not the best part of Everett, but there are not many RV parks in this area to choose from. We've stayed at most of the parks in this area over the years and find this place to be our "park of choice",... More

We stayed here for 6 months while my husband worked in the area. Yes, it is tight but very clean, fairly quiet, a friendly staffand actually more spacious than the few other rv parks in the area. Be sure to use laundry room during the day as its very busy at night. The man made lake in the middle makes... More

We are self contained and only stay in RV Parks to dump, fill water, have wifi and TV. Two out of 4 is not worth staying in this park. No TV & no wifi as advertised. If you have a Motor home, good luck as spaces are very crowded! We will never stay here again.

We stayed here with another couple in two motorhomes. The park was very tight and crowded but the other campers were very friendly. I had to repair a couple of items on my tow-car and the staff was very helpful in helping me locate where I could buy some items. The couple that traveled with us were not able to... More

First they squeeze so many units that you can't even back into your site. Then they lock the office at 8:00 and disappear and leave you to figure out who to ask to move. You can pick a site using late arrival but you won't get the bathroom code until the next morning.

This is a big city park, with what you should expect. Mostly asphalt. The roads, and the sites and between sites are asphalt. There are bushes between most sites, and most of the sites have long term renters living there. We met several folks that live there and all were pleasant. The sites for us short term campers were pull-through,... More
