Tonight I am staying at Knights Inn. So far its pretty nice. The parking is great and its completely secluded. The management is very hospitable and friendly. The room is very nice. Fresh paint, brand new bedding and new flat screen. The temp is just right and every thing feels fresh and clean. I really like the paint scheme, warm... More

The new (a few months in) owners had no staff working for them so everything was a challenge. Check in took an hour, the rooms were mediocre and the pool was very very dirty. 4 of us stayed in a double queen for $80 so the price was right, and that's what about it was worth.

We didn't expect much from this property but since there were only 2 or 3 hotels to choose from in Ephrata and there was a big music festival going on, we were lucky to get a room at all. However, considering it was 110 degrees that weekend, you'd hope for an air conditioner to work. It did not!!! We laid... More

This hotel was older but nice. Our room was very clean and nice for being an older hotel. The couple who own this hotel were so nice and courteous. They waved at us every time they saw us and as we were leaving the husband came and thanked us for staying in the hotel (it was a sincere thank you,... More

This place is a real dive and the rooms show this. Carpet looks to be from the 70s. The TV from the 80s and the tag on the bed says 1992. This place needs an update that would cost more than the entire property is worth. But with an owner from INDIA its not likely to happen. He was rude... More

Ice makers didn't work, pool was closed, managers had no customer service, horrible continental breakfast I have seen fresher fruit in the garbage, no housekeeping. The best part is that the Owners showed up and we were able to express just a little of our concerns. The only things that worked was the plumbing and the air conditioning!!!

Owned by a very rude and ignorant man from INDIA who also seems to be incompetent and unable to run the place smoothly or effeciently. Check in time took approx 20 mins because not only does he not know what he's doing the entire system appeared to be ANTIQUE. Then had problems getting into room and had to walk back... More
