Elma RV where you get greeted and welcomed with fresh cookies! Stayed for 2 weeks. We got lucky and our site was the end cap and we had a gorgeous lawn to enjoy. Lots of full timers there, but equally as many travelers. Near a farmers market grocery store and small town. About 30 mins to Olympia for more shopping. 1 hour to Olympic National southern side. Good RV park for walking as there is a large field next to it. Train in the distance isn’t too loud.
My friend and I are touring cyclists and this place was wonderful. They love cyclists and let us camp on the grassy area behind the office and offered us fresh homemade cookies. The place is clean and well maintained and just a short ride into town for all services. 👍
With Covid-19 happening, we were unable to use our usually dump locations. I emailed Elma RV and asked if we could use theirs. They said of course. Their dump fee was 5 dollars, as stated on their website. We drove up and they greeted us with smiles, told us the easiest way to pull into use the rv dump area and also gave us fresh baked cookies. Thank you so much for making our day! Jen
I am a cyclist and everything abo(ut my stay here was brilliant. From the delicious cookies on arrival to the spotless amenities and the generous offer for me to camp on their porch avoiding the bad weather... I cannot rate them high enough. Thank you so very much for your delightful hospitality.
This was a great place to stay on our travels through Washington. Everything was well taken care of and clean. The park itself was quiet day and night even though highway 12 is nearby. The laundry room was immaculate and the equipment was all in good working order. There were flowers throughout the park as well as shade trees. Sites were large with room for our 5th wheel and truck to park side-by-side. Employees were super. All that we met were friendly and went out of their way to help. At least half of the park is long term campers, but we transients are for the most part in a separate area. That said, the long term campers were very friendly and made us feel at home. They offer cable here, but we used our Dish and it worked well. Verizon MiFi and AT&T cell phones worked fine, too. We did not have any OTA TV in this park. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.…
I stayed at the Elma RV Park twice in June 2019. The fact that I stayed there twice speaks to the quality of this park. I agree with other reviewers that praise the hospitality and friendliness of the manager and employees. And I definitely agree that the home made cookies they present you with are fantastic. There are some other things a person should know in order to make an informed decision whether to stay at this park or not. First, there is only one men’s shower/restroom and one woman’s shower/restroom and they are small. They are so small that if a person comes in to use a toilet stall and the two showers are being used at that time, the person needs to draw back the privacy dressing curtain (not the shower curtain itself) for one or both showers, depending on whether one of the toilet stalls are already in use. Second, these are pay showers requiring a quarter for each 3 minutes of use. Third, while there are over 100 sites and the park also has large groups of bicyclists that may camp in tents next to the bathrooms, the bathroom facilities may not always be immediately available. Fourth, the park has only two pull through sites so if you need one of these, make your reservation in advance as far as possible ahead of time. Ending on a positive note, The Rusty Tractor restaurant and bar is less than one mile away and serves quite good food. There is also a McDonald’s even closer. …
What a awesomecrv spot clean with nice green areas trees. Wifi. Full hookups not packed in tight well planned they work with you on late night parking. Wifi works great. Laundry room is clean and work well. Very quiet. Pet friendly
This is not a fancy RV Park but very comfortable & quiet. We spent a week here & will be back. The spaces are not really wide but length is fine for a 40+ foot RV. We did have room for our motor home with the toad parked beside it. When you arrive the hosts presents you with home made cookies!!! YUM!! The park is pretty full of residents but still they keep several spaces for travelers. Passport Am is excepted here & the rates are very reasonable. Its all on fine gravel. We defiantly will be back many times. We enjoyed it here very much,
We spent two nights. Very well kept campground, clean and green! Very nice greetings from the staff upon check in, we'll stay there again. How do I make this 200 characters so it will post No need to read the rest...xxxxx ccccccccccccccc cccxxxxcvvxxcvbvvghghh
While this was more like the typical 'retirement RV' park. Spaces were very close together to get as many as possible in the land/space available. Many sites are those who stay there through the summer. However, the entire site is clean, and quiet. And I cannot say enough about the owners/hosts! The ladies in the office were the nicest, sweetest people EVER! Their friendly attitude made our stay there so worth while. We would definitely go back and stay there again!!
