We reserved 6 rooms for my daughters wedding. They were incredibly helpful in setting everything up to make sure each party got the room best for them. Then came Covid and we put the wedding off a year and they worked with us to change the date very nicely. Then my daughter canceled the big wedding out of fear of Covid and we lost $1000's in cancellation fees from so many vendors. Pretty much the only place that did not charge a cancelation fee was this hotel. So grateful to them for working with us so beautifully! Will definitely stay there next time we go to Orcas.

Beautiful views and several very good restaurants and shops within 5 minutes walk. I recommend paying extra for a room with water views if available. Also short drives to both Turtleback and Moran parks and the ferry terminal. The town is very walkable if you want to eat at restaurants, but the rooms are also spacious and well set up if you're looking for a self-sufficient vacation (i.e., cooking your own meals). We stayed in room #5 on the ground floor with water view. The view was spectacular and the room was spacious, could certainly accommodate a family or 2 couples. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need to cook meals. The room was a little run down, could use some updates, but overall was clean and comfortable enough. It seems like they're in the process of renovating units on a rolling basis. Unit 6 was undergoing pretty substantial renovations next door. We didn't have any problems with the wifi.

We took the ferry over from San Juan Island where we were visiting a few days before and arrived on Orcas to stayed here in Unit 6. The view from our unit was amazing and it was very quiet even though the building is right near the road. Large lawn across the road with picnic tables.

The condo unit is just few minutes walk to all the little shops in East Sound. Next door is the Outlook Inn which we stayed at last year and that is when we noticed Landmark. We wanted to stay in a condo and have the convenience. This unit has 2 bedrooms. The WIFI was good and parking is behind the building.

It was nice to order take out from Portofino Pizza for one evening and the other night we dined at "New Leaf" restaurant in the Outlook Inn. The food is amazing. Reservations is a must!

All the locals and visitors were wearing mask (signs every where) and that was good.

My husband and our friends stayed in this beautiful condo for 3 nights. The condo was spacious, immaculately clean, quiet, the kitchen well equipped with all appliances, cooking and eating utensils. In addition there was an ample supply of bathing towels, paper towels and toilet paper, unlike some accommodations where there is generally a shortage of these items.

Located in Eastsound within walking distance of excellent restaurants, bakeries, shops, a fabulous bookstore and amazing public library.

The staff responsive to phone calls and questions.

We have stayed in other accommodations over the past seven years in this area. Our first time at The Landmark, and we plan to reserve a unit in the near future.

Thank you to the staff.

My sister and I stayed in room 203 for two nights. The view out the balcony was amazing and the place had a nice set up. There was everything you'd need to feel comfortable in the condo. My sister locked herself out of the room twice and both were at night. The second night one of the ladies came at 2 am to let her in and did so with a smile on her face. Those are the type of people who run the place. We'll certainly be back the next time we visit Orcas Island.

From first phone call, to arrival, the staff were two steps ahead of us in kindness and thoughtfulness with what we needed for our trip. It was a short stay, just a day and a half for a running race in questionable weather, but they treated us like we were staying for 3 days!
the place is so charming, right across from the bay of the inlet, walking distance to anything you need from town.
Quiet, clean, incredibly well stocked, and cozy.
Zero complaint whatsoever, this hotel, and the island itself.

We have been coming to Orcas Island and specifically this hotel for the last 10 years (missed during Covid). We usually come in January, this year we visited over Easter. We usually get the ocean view rooms and this year the weather was perfect and the view from our deck spectacular. The rooms are fitted out with whatever you need and the staff that run the place are awesome. Couldn't ask for a better location, close to everything. Can't wait for our next visit.

We had the best experience! We flew in and were on foot without a reservation. The owners were extremely accommodating, offering a lift and suggesting activities. The room had a great view, very clean and comfortable and we had a kitchen. We will stay there again!

Great friendly knowledgeable local staff. We were provided a list of local businesses and restaurants availability and hours. That was super helpful. The room needs a little update but very functional and cozy. Fully furnished kitchen was nice, all you need is to bring the food. Really enjoyed this place and would book it again. Walking distance to anything you need.

This is the third time our family has stayed here. It is located near shopping, restaurants, the water, etc. Our kids could go out on their own with no problems. Great kitchen. Wonderful view. Staff is super helpful. Just love it here. We'll be back!
