2 adults and 2-12 year olds stayed in the Woodsman cabin, a little tight with the futon out but plenty of room when it was up as a futon. All the amenities, nice front porch to sit at, fire pit available, wifi, cooktop, cookware and a window air conditioning unit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ovenell’s. We stayed in the Eagle Guesthouse. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. This included essentials such as a coffee pot, paper towels, and a can opener. The bed was comfortable as well. The seating on the porch was a perfect place to relax in the evening. Everything was clean when we arrived. I would love to stay again sometime.

We stayed at the Foreman Cabin. As we were exploring the NP and surrounding area it was a great 2 night stay. Drive to the NP is about 45 minutes. The cabin was perfect for 2. Bed was comfortable, cabin was clean. The kitchen worked out well to make a simple meal. You will need charcoal for the grills. We enjoyed the porch and picnic tables and the little lights at night.

Always are the most fantastic hosts. 5 stars is inadequate. .... Ovenells rates 18 stars from me. Treat yourself to the views and wildlife no way you can go wrong. We have stayed in several cabins over the years and never dissatisfied or disappointed.

We stayed in the Foreman Cabin which was absolutely perfect for a couple, and also had a futon and a big enough bathroom to accommodate another person or two. There were thoughtful touches throughout, both functional and aesthetic, and we really enjoyed the animal sounds and signs of the property being an active cattle farm....with a mountain view. Unfortunately on the night of our stay it rained pretty heavily and we weren't able to explore the grounds as we would have liked, but I could definitely tell it was a well maintained place that has been doing something right for a very long time.

A perfect getaway walking distance from the Skagit River with amazing views of the Cascade mountains and Mount Baker. Perfect for nature lovers. There are trails on their property leading you to the river and into the woods. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

This delightful Inn continues to delight, and has something for everyone. I stayed here last July with a friend in an RV and we had great fun exploring the grounds and meeting the animals. This spot has a killer view of Mt. Baker!! The family which owns and runs the operation makes you feel right at home. I returned here this summer with a different friend and we stayed in a cabin. It had everything we needed to prepare our own meal. I showed her around and introduced her the animals, which were all there again this year - the goats, the horses, the turkeys, and even the bunny rabbit that showed up last year. This bunny herds the chickens around - it's hysterical. We were able to harvest veggies from their extensive garden - the best string beans I've ever had. There is a path that walks all around the grounds, and takes you down to the Skagit River. I could come back here every summer and trails abound in the North Cascades National Park.

Our stay at the cougar crest house was absolutely stunning and comfortable. We were first greeted by Jackie, the white dog who was so sweet and friendly, it was a great welcome considering we got there after 5pm and picked up our house key on the outside of the office since it was closed. The accommodations were just as pictures showed, the kitchen was well stocked with all pots, pans, wine glasses and all essentials for cooking. The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The bathrooms were clean and had plenty of extra towels. The washer and dryer worked well as we had laundry to do, the staff even gives you pods of detergent and dryer sheets which were beyond appreciated! The outside views were just incredible and we enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning and wine at night time just looking at the mountains. Jackie came by nightly and also scratched and whimpered at the door making me (animal lover) feel terrible for not letting her spend the night inside. I was told by the staff that she is indeed NOT allowed in the house but tries to trick you! Funny girl. We loved it here and will no doubt recommend to family and friends.
