Christine met the challenge to meet my families need I don’t get much time to spend with my family, especially Prime opportunity to spend it with my sister and her family. Christine stepped up and helped us in our stay not only relocate us, but making sure our stay was pleasant. She’s been updating me the whole time on all events and all activities as we go. She has been my go to and not once she let me down And then to come to the room the very very nice pleasant bottle of red wine for our stay experience I’ve had here has been nothing but exceptional My wife and my family we don’t do too much traveling but when we do, it’s hard to find the service that has happened over the last few days. Seems like a lot of people in the street forget people like myself are coming to relax after working thousands of hours. She made my state and my family stay amazing You’re in good hands I recommend Suncadia Lodge and if you have a pleasure having Christine help you well, let’s just say they make that much more memorable David…

Had a great time for our first visit can't wait till summer to take full advantage of the property. Room was amazing, staff was very helpful. Portals breakfast was unforgettable watching eagles fly by the window while eating breakfast.

Love love LOVE this resort. Great feel, the rooms are terrific —good sized—comfortable beds. The staff responsive. Excellent food—never had a bad meal there. Good coffee—though doesn’t open until 7 AM (or is it 8?) Great service. Some easy hiking right out the door. Lovely views. Slept well and just really enjoy this resort.

The whole campus was beautiful. Friendly Service was great all the way through. Food was excellent. Rooms were fresh, clean and quiet. We were there with 2 teens and they loved it too. We hope to go back.

My family experienced our first ever stay at the Suncadia property. We enjoyed our stay. The disc golf course was nice but challenging, the staff were friendly and helpful. The lodge room was clean and comfortable. Overall the experience was enjoyable.

Christine at the front desk is amazing! We rent homes or rooms at the lodge and visit Suncadia a few times a year and we absolutely love the resort! We love the walking paths, spa, exquisite restaurant food, activities and of course the breathtaking views of the cascade mountains from every window.. One of the best things about the resort is people like Christine who remembers us when we call and does her absolute best to make our stay outstanding. Whether we have questions about the rooms or are trying ti make sure we can accommodate friends , family or pets, Christine always gives us impeccable service. Her cheery disposition and hard working professionalism have been wonderful to interact with. When I have any questions at all , I call the front desk and hope that I can speak to Christine who I know will be so helpful. There are not many employees like Christine. She is a keeper for sure and an asset to the resort! We will be back for sure in the spring!!!!!!…

While we loved having the weekend to spend time with friends, we were less than thrilled with the accommodations. We rented a vacation rental within the resort. The home was for 10 people. While it was a beautiful home, we encountered several issues. The doors and sliders lacked weather stripping, so cold air poured into the home. The fridge was off when we arrived, and thus took some time to cool down and we had no ice for the first day. There were only 9 dinner plates. There were 7 beds made for us, the 8th bed was missing a blanket, and the 9th bed had no sheets, blankets, or pillow. The house does not have any extra bedding. The fireplace remote stopped working the first day, and so the fire couldn't be turned off. There was dog hair on the furniture and the house was quite dusty and a pile of dirt was left in the entry upon our arrival. The pickle ball courts were closed despite there being no snow yet, and was being used as a Christmas light storage area. The large outdoor hot tub was 92 due a broken heater, so you were left to cram into the small indoor hot tub. Overall, we were not impressed with the resort given the exorbitant prices for vacation rentals and resort fees.…

Suncadia Lodge was absolutely fantastic. Natural mountain beauty all around with plenty of hiking and golf options, well kept and accommodating rooms, high quality and wide ranging food/drink options, a great spa only a few steps from the Lodge, and an unbelievably great staff. Can’t say enough about the staff. Every single person we encountered was friendly, helpful, and felt like they were happy we were there.
