I was greeted warmly at check in. There was an issue with our room, but it was handled quickly. We had the handicapped accessible room and it was adequate, but missing some amenities. There was no shelf or vanity in the bathtub/toilet area. The room had the odor of deodorizer to me. Although we appreciated the free breakfast and especially...

My daughter is my operations manager and if she books me here again, she will find herself in the mail room. The place was by a highway, the heater was noisy and the place was kind of nasty, not in a gross funky way but if you're a 60 something businessman, skip this place. You deserve better. I don't know...

A good night's sleep - helpful staff - very good rate ($65 AAA) - the hotel is in the middle of renovations. My room had been updated and was good. I suspect if you get one of the older rooms, you will be disappointed, so ask before you book. The breakfast was Spartan - just barely above cold continental. Good...

Stayed here recently for a ball tournament. The hotel is going through renovations, but rooms are still small. Not sure if our room was updated but other rooms we saw looked similar. It was clean but dated. Flyer says hot breakfast included but it was only a waffle maker and biscuits and gravy, the rest was continental light. Staff were...

Travelling through and stopped just for the night with an early start the following morning before the breakfast room was open. We were (over??)charged $89 for a queen room which was in desperate need of an update. In fact the whole hotel looks as though it was at the beginning of a major update ,,, and not before time. We...

the hotel went out of its way and exceeded expectations on this busy weekend (STP) in terms of hospitality (extra amenities for the STP'ers and ready for check in). The room itself was small and dated, but clean. Bonus-there was an issue with the air conditioner, but it was fixed right away.

Where do we start. Check in, got settled in our room put the TV on, guess what, no satelight signal. After minutes of front desk clerk trying to reboot, she assigned us to another room. Then I go to the business center to get a document sent ,and no internet. I went to the front desk and ask why no...

Rooms were a little outdated but very nice stay. A bit far from the lobby and hottub and a lot louder that I would have hoped for quieter stay but it's all OK.. Thank again for giving me the chance to review this place of business.. Maids were a little rude and short with us..
