We were very fortunate that our room was ready early. We were given one of the best possible rooms - 6th floor, away from the elevators. Every staff member was helpful and friendly in every part of the Lodge. There is a game - magicquest- that almost everyone plays. It is a great game that keeps the kids entertained. The...

They were painting guest rooms on our floor (4th) but the water park is where they really need to fix things. There were a dozen steps on the water slides that were broken, the plastic layer broken or peeling and broken wood showing underneath. Rusty spots and peeling paint on the supports and the stairs. Broken concrete in places. I...

I have requested for an early check-in and ended up arriving late due to border long line up. I was surprise that we have upgraded to the family room. Check in was amazing it took only like 1 minute. My husband and 2 years old son really enjoyed the kiddie pool and slide. It is ideal for families with little...

We love coming here and needed the break from our winter blues at home! Sometimes I think the lodge is a bit expensive, but when I watch the lifeguards meticulously scan for safety concerns. I know the money is going into my children's safety.

Its price on its website is $400-500/day. It is not competitive as its daily cost is more than that of Disneyland excluding airfares. There is no family changing room nor sufficient lockers. The shower facility is quite small, considering the number of guests present. Locker should be provided free of change, given its splendid admission charges. Mattresses are too soft.

The hallways and buffet were not clean. Clearly not enough staff to clean the hallways (dirty things would stay for up to 1 day) Clearly not enough staff to clean the buffet or keep the buffet provisioned.

Food isnt great but next time I'll bring my own and try the grill. Staff was pretty good overall. So much to do here it's crazy! I will enjoy bringing my daughter as she gets older and can try new things.

This place is absolutely amazing! Having kids make it hard to go relax but The Greatwolf Lodge makes family vacationing a breeze! Pricing is very affordable for large and small families as well. My only conplaint is the food is a bit expensive at the restaurants but thats to be expected. Just bring along some snacks and I recommend there...

Was a fun place for the whole family. I bit expensive on food and drinks, but so are theme parks. Grandson loves playing in the water. Don't recommend a holiday weekend.....the place was packed. Wish they had a better security. Kids aren't supervised and anyone can enter the place.
