We were excited to escape real life for a bit and cozy up in one of these private cabins, which offer whatever you need for a relaxing getaway. The hardest choice we had to make on a crisp fall day was whether to linger over a delicious and filling breakfast and enjoy the fireplace, or get out and explore a variety of outdoor activities. Theresa and Rick couldn't be more accommodating, and they have created a true oasis inside and out. Cabins are clean, thoughtfully appointed, and comfortable. We enjoyed exploring AND hanging out, doing the latter with a glass of wine around the fire pit. Serious and casual hikers will find trails galore in the surrounding region, while less adventurous strollers can enjoy the expansive grounds right outside your door. We found the location to be quite central to the things we wanted to do, and discovered other options we hadn't known about. Our dog Pepper was glad to accompany us in one of the two available pet-friendly cabins. Our adventures tired her out enough that she let us sleep in an extra hour each morning -- an unexpected and entirely welcome treat, especially in that bed! Seeing as it's not practical for us to actually live at Carson Ridge Luxury Cabins, we'll have to settle for returning often.

My new husband and I just eloped at Carson Ridge Luxury cabins. We could not have asked for a more perfect experience. The place is ran by a very genuine and kind couple named Theresa and Richard. They and their staff were so thoughtful and helpful. Theresa even sewed a button back on my husband’s vest for him when it popped off shortly before the ceremony. The cabin and grounds were the perfect, beautiful Pacific Northwest outdoor/in the woods setting we wanted. The service and attention to detail was spectacular. They had a beatific wedding lawn as it was, but we were able to choose a separate spot more in the trees that was even more us. We just showed them where we wanted to be, and without request they mowed it and laid out ferns from trees to Define an aisle and a heart to stand in for the ceremony. Their officiant was equally kind and sincere and we thought her vows and a poem she read were absolutely perfect with no direction from us. The process of picking the details was smooth and easy. They provided me with a perfect bouquet even better than the example pictures I gave them. The cake was delicious- one of the best I’ve ever had. And it was all included in the elopement package. We had a couples massage while we were there, which was also very nice. Theresa and Richard made it all so easy so we could just enjoy ourselves with little effort as I aimed for an elopement to be. We could really teull they genuinely care about how the ceremonies go and both about their guests as people as well as that you really enjoy your stay. If I could marry the same man 10 more times I’d go back to them every single one. We plan to return for our anniversaries every year to come! Thank you so much for your hospitality! This place truly deserves the highest rankings in all categories. I wouldn’t change a thing.

We stayed in the Mt Hood cabin for three nights Oct 6-9. Let's just say that everything was perfect...the cabin is well designed with fabulous amenities, including the shower and spa tub and luxurious robes. Having a delicious breakfast delivered right to our porch was just divine. The entire grounds are beautiful...the flowers, the fire pit, the outside places to sit and relax, all wonderful. We had a quiet relaxing time and easy access to our hikes on the Oregon side of the river (sadly many trails remain closed). Last, but not the least, the hosts/owners Theresa and Richard were as welcoming, friendly, and helpful as can be. And Russell, who takes care of the grounds, was also extremely friendly and even helped us with our luggage to the cabin as he gave us restaurant suggestions. We will be back for sure!!!

One of the best B&Bs we've stayed in! Richard and Teresa have created an amazing place in Carson and are wonderful hosts! Teresa's breakfasts rival those in high-end restaurants - it's worth staying here just for her cooking! Loved the cabins and the beautifully landscaped property. Just perfect1

The Carson Ridge Luxury Cabins are nothing short of perfect. The property was beautiful and tranquil. The owner's were friendly and welcoming! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful- including preparing complimentary snacks and homemade goodies, and a delicious breakfast each morning! Seriously, so good! The front porch was a perfect place to sit in the morning with my coffee and listen to nothing but the sound of birds chirping. We had so much fun exploring nearby waterfalls and hanging in the cabin playing games. If you are looking for a peacful getaway, this is it! We didn't want to leave, and will definitely be returning!
