This is a lovingly updated small hotel in downtown Camas. The room was quite small, but did have a king bed with pillow top, small desk, and armoire which housed the TV and coffee maker. Bath was also small (no tub) but was nicely updated with black and white accents and overall the room was very clean. My one complaint... More

Goodness - two complaints in one day about our front desk! It's time for a staff meeting! Again, I apologize for any lack of friendliness you may have encountered. Please send a private email so that I can address your concerns personally. I extend my personal and sincere apologies for any lack of hospitality that you may have experienced. Our... More

The room was decorated beautifully but ours was on the street so you would hear street noise... but they provided you with ear plugs. Great value for your dollars compared to Portland prices but it is far... one day it took us over an hour to drive back from touring the city due to traffic. Parking for the Inn is... More

I'm sorry that you caught one of us on a bad day. We normally enjoy all our guests but we are jam-packed in the Summer and stretched to the limit. We've also been having some technical challenges recently which, while none of your concern, has raised the stress level. Please send us an email and I'll be happy to provide... More

Beautiful little hotel in the heart of historic downtown Camas, Washington. Lovingly restored, this hotel features modern comforts incorporated into century old accommodations. Expect modern plumbing, super comfortable beds, television and wi-fi. Don't expect an elevator, large-space rooms or central climate control, but that isn't the point in staying here. This is simply a very cool hotel, smack in the... More

We had a pleasant stay at this charming hotel. The room was small but not cramped with a decent bathroom. our son enjoyed the cookies they had daily in the lobby. The hotel was convenient to the quaint downtown district with a variety of dining and shops. It certainly has small town charm. The staff was incredibly friendly. We also... More

We visit family once or twice a year in Vancouver and the hotel we always stayed at closed, so we tried the Camas Hotel and expect to stay there from now on. Quick and easy from/to the Portland airport and east Vancouver. Nice hotel and staff in the middle of a small, quiet downtown area with a variety of places... More

Spent 5 nights at the Camas Hotel. Small room for wife and I but very clean, well appointed and a large private bathroom. Service was accommodating (gluten free diet) and generally outstanding. A 20 minute drive to the Tri Met at the Gateway for connections to the riverfront and downtown. Camas is a neat town with a variety of shops... More

This hotel has got to be the best kept secret ever. It's nestled on a corner in downtown Camas and makes you feel like you are in Europe with its finely appointed rooms. The owner,Karen, was gracious and made me feel right at home. I plan to make many return visits.

So I saw this hotel on Hotels.com and it looked so sweet and unique. We booked a room, but when we got there, it turned out that Hotels.com hadn't completed the booking and there were no rooms available. Luckily, Karen, the owner helped us find a room elsewhere for the night, and booked us a room at Camas for the... More

The town of Camas was smaller than we anticipated. But the Camas Hotel is on the main street and convenient to everything. Definitely older, smallish hotel. But our room #2 was a good size and worked well for us. We were happy to open our windows for cool air and the main street turned out to be quiet while we... More
