I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves kudos. Very reasonably priced, conveniently located, & it's got everything: pool, fitness, sundries shop, great breakfast, laundry, etc. Rooms are very comfortable, & well appointed. Decor is comfortable - not extremely Euro or traditional, just comfortable. And every corner of the place from the lobby to the rooms to the laundry was extremely clean. Very quiet room. Highly recommended!
Very clean, huge room, lots of outlets and storage, comfortable and mostly quiet. (The train goes by in the far distance a couple times a day) The staff was friendly and helpful. (If you want to do laundry, bring 16 quarters.) The gym and pool were great!
Loved the room and the layout, everything was very clean and nice, the breakfast was good, and there were a variety of restaurants and resources handy nearby. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
Comfort Suites was exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly and available if needed. We stayed in room 210. It turned out to be a handicapped room, which would not have been our preference. The shower was awful and the television was so small you couldn’t see it from the bed. The room itself was huge which was great. I would definitely stay at this hotel in future, but would not advise staying in this particular room.
I had a wonderful stay at this Comfort Suites in Burlington. It was easy to locate and had ample parking. The front entry is large and spacious and the staff were all very nice. I check in with no problem, was told about the wifi, breakfast and other amenities available. The room was clean and tidy, as I've come to expect from Choice Hotels. The walk in shower was wonderful. I had a desk for working, and plenty of room for my "stuff". Since my daughter recently moved to this area, I will be staying here often.
This hotel amazed me. It seems relatively new with beautiful decor, and fireplace in the lobby and areas to sit for traveling families to have some separate time. There is coffee 24/7 in the lobby and a great full breakfast. Our suite was very spacious with a sitting area and sofa sleeper in addition to 2 queen beds. The room was filled with nice little amenities: plenty of outlets and plugs for phones, tablets, laptops, etc. The lighting was wonderful with extras for reading, night lights, a clock with a display on 3 sides. The location was easy to access off the interstate and a good place to stay for anyone visiting North Cascades National Park.
great hotel, very new. The efficiency suite w/dining room is HUGE - definitely worth paying a little extra for. Very close to freeway exit, just wish there were better restaurant options in the area (we ended up driving to Chuckanut Manor multiple times for dinner)
This three story motel is modern, likely only a few years old. Check in was efficient rather than gracious, but it was apparent that our request for a quiet top floor room had been ignored. Initially we were happy with our spacious king room on the second floor but after we returned from dinner it was apparent that the location--directly above the indoor pool--was problematic, with the noise of screaming kids penetrating the room. After confirming that the pool would be open until 10 PM, we asked for a different room. We received no push back for that request; the second room was delightfully silent. There is much to like about the rooms which were spacious and included a separate sitting area, a padded luggage bench big enough for two moderate sized suitcases, and a desk with a comfortable chair. The only omission was an in-room safe. The bed was comfortable and the AC quiet and powerful, resulting in excellent sleep quality. Our first room was immaculate, but a hair in the shower of our second room was clearly from another guest reflecting inadequate cleaning. The breakfast buffet included scrambled eggs and a breakfast meat each morning, waffles, yogurts, cold cereals (but no bran flakes) as well as fresh fruits. A dedicated breakfast attendant kept the buffet in good order, but inexcusably, the "hot water" both at the breakfast as well as at the coffee station around the corner was only tepid, inadequate for making tea. Another deficiency: the lemonade at the coffee station was diluted to the point of being lemon-flavored water, likely due to the large quantity of ice that I saw being added to the lemonade in the morning. (However, the cookies at the coffee station were delicious.) Finally, the elevator and the doors on the stairwells are very noisy (and as we found out, the rooms over the pool as well.) Choose your room carefully, as a significant proportion would likely have problems with noise.…
Really nice new modern hotel. The family suites are huge and the showers are amazing. Very fast check in and located in quite area. I have stayed at Choice Hotels before that were not so nice, but this one deserves credit. Only complaint is they have to buy better toilet paper as it was paper thin.
This is a very new hotel, clean, quiet and very comfortable. Everything about this hotel was great and I absolutely would stay here again. It was easy to find and check in-out was very easy. They did a hot breakfast despite covid.
