Just like the Leisure Inn in Canyonville, OR I reviewed in 2015 it looks like the Cocusa motel in Burlington, WA was built in the 1950's right after Interstate 5 was completed. It's right off the freeway at exit 230. I stayed here in Feb. 2017 during a winter storm since I did not want to drive all the way...

Stayed here probably 6 times this summer. It's cheap, it's relatively clean and it has a nice brew pub across the parking lot. There is a great brew pub across the parking lot, and a great full service grocery store out the back.

Due to last minutes hangs of plans, this was the only hotel available for reservations the night needed, to get the Anacortes ferry the following morning. Skeptical after reading previous reviews, I wasn't expecting much. After problems with the keys and locks, which required sending a kid to the front office three times, we were treated to a smoking room,...

Stayed at this motel for one night. The room was with all amenities that a starred hotel would provide. The breakfast was decent enough to hold up your hunger till the lunch hour. There is a vending machine too for beverages. The other occupants in the motel were very respectful so not the typical rowdy motel for sure. Recommended to...

The motel needs a little care, however it does have some good points. Both the interior and exterior needs some work. The rooms are clean, sleep quality was OK and the breakfast was adequate. The pool and courtyard are in excellent condition and I enjoyed sitting at the pool. The rooms have nice balconies, something you do not find at...

Did not care for location right off freeway. Does not look inviting from the outside. The wifi would not work in my room but worked fine from the lobby. While it does not look inviting from outside, the room was clean, linen and towels clean, micro/fridge, coffee maker, hot water for shower, bed comfortable, barely heard traffic in room, limited...

Old but nice hotel considering the price. Used as a resting place enrolee to San Francisco. Room are ok. Pretty clean. Staff is nice. Area is very noisy which is not really surprising considering the location.

I suppose we could have complained and tried to get a different room, but pet friendly rooms are limited and I got the feeling when we checked in that we got the last one. Anyway, my guess is whoever was in there before us though the smell of their pet would cover their smoking. We kept the doors open to...

We've tried other places in the area that are at the same pricing level, hoping for something a bit less tired. There really isn't anything available, so we keep coming back. Overall, the people are nice, the breakfast is definitely minimal, the rooms are acceptable, but not great. Cleanliness is usually acceptable--if there's any question, they'll switch you to another...
