We have been coming this locale for walks about once a week for several years, and have also eaten several times at the pub. Since we haven't stayed at the hotel, I wouldn't comment on the "needs renovation" business, but the pub is a good place to take visitors and you might even meet some new friends there from across the border, etc. I do remember a funny incident at the front desk: I came up one time and asked about the room-rates. The employee behind the desk said I could look them up on-line. Wha? Wrong answer. That should be at her fingertips, or even in a brochure. You can do better than this. Lunch at PP is reasonable and you do have the view across the bay. In fact, whether the hotel management is good or bad, the location can't be beat. The marina across the street also has a small store and eatery, mostly for the boat-owners, but worth keeping in mind. Since Beach Street in White Rock can be a bit congested, this location provides a good antidote to that. Bon appetit.

Hello Kenpasha, We're thrilled that walks to enjoy the stunning view from our beach have brought you to us time and again. Our chef was especially delighted to hear you've enjoyed our mouthwatering dishes. It's always a special treat to welcome locals who have brought with them area visitors to soak up the tranquil vibes our location is so loved for; thank you for allowing us to be a part of your quality time with friends. We're very concerned to hear of the service you received once when asking about rates at the resort's front desk. Their team is well known for exceptional service and dedication. Please rest assured we are sharing your feedback with them right away. We hope to soon see you again for another gourmet meal or during a refreshing stay at the resort.

We decided to visit Semiahmoo even though the pool, restaurant, entertainment, movie theatre was closed. It was still an amazing trip, beautiful sunset from our room! Lawn games, s’mores, sunsets and bike ride.

Hello denisetO6258OG, It was an absolute joy to welcome you to kick back and relax surrounded by the beauty of our coastal home! We couldn't have said it better ourselves, the sunsets here are amazing! Add in the many activities our location offers (s'mores on the beach is one of our absolute favorites too) and it's easy to see why our home is a loved destination. We're excited to see you again and hope your next visit is already in the making.

Stayed at Semiahmoo, I have been to the restaurant in prior visits. Resort was built in 1986 and needs a total renovation.....we wery very disappointed. Carpet in room was navy blue, royal blue and tan stripes I have only seen carpet that ugly on Carnival cruises years ago. Wood had lots of marks and dings and bathroom super dated.....3 star rating max.

Been staying at Semiahmoo Resort for many years, still love the view. Packers lounge is still an awesome place to grab a drink and food. However, this is probably the last time we will stay- it is just way too expensive for what you get. Kind of expect to at least have in-room coffee service for a $300/night room. Relatively late check-in and early checkout makes it feel like a chain hotel.

We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. The resort added in some nice gifts to help us celebrate and we were surprised and touched. The staff is very friendly. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable! The resort is located on a little area near water on both sides. We enjoyed the peace and quiet beauty. Although we didn’t participate, the resort offered several activities and even a movie night. The food at the restaurant is very good, with attentive servers. We will definitely return to this resort.
