We stayed 2 days and found the location great for our activities in downtown, University, and grocery store, but the internet was not working reliably either day, and we learned there was NO AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION even though Travelocity indicated there was (it was cancelled 3 months ago). The rooms are not terribly spacious but comfortable and clean enough, but the...

The hotel and rooms are quite old, but the beds were quite comfortable. The room was big but due to the large furniture, the room felt smaller than it was. Washroom is pretty old, toilet and tub hasn't been updated in a while, but they were clean. Breakfast was pretty good, had quite a few different options, which exceeded my...

We found out the hotel has a contract with a taxi company. We found this out when we called for a ride back to the hotel and a taxi picked us up at the airport. Since this is the case we got screwed when we first arrived and asked for a shuttle to the airport for 6am. We were told...

We spent one night during our 2016 college tour. This hotel was one of the better ones. Nice and clean. Good breakfast. Great location. We walked to nearby Whole Foods Market for snacks. Good internet service.

I have been in a lot of hotels in my life, but I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the room, the quality of the amenities, and the incredibly responsive kind staff. It was so nice to be in a hotel that only charges $79 a night, but was better than MANY rooms I have had for $140-$160 a...

The only good thing about this inn was that it was PET FRIENDLY with no added fees, and Wood's coffee roastery is literally ten steps away. The first morning we were there, we decided to extend our stay for one more night. The front desk approved it and so we went back to the room at 10am to get ready...

I would give this a 4 or 5 star but the WIFI was absolutely unusable. I needed to get work done so that was a real disappointment. Other than that it is really a first class hotel. Really clean, modern, great lobby, decent breakfast. There is a excellent Woods Coffee about 150 fee away and a Fred Meyer. The check...

The hotel is clean and nice. The rooms were good, but do not stay on the odd side of the hotel if you are a light sleeper ( double check to make sure the evens are opposite the highway). You can read the license plates of the cars going 70 down the highway from those rooms, and they are very...

This hotel is a strong "eh". I had to change rooms due to a tv issue (no problem). The second room had no light in the bathroom. It took two days to get it replaced. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The trash can had not been emptied from previous guest. I like to find a bargain. The price was right...

I'm sorry you are not happy with your stay. I pulled the documentation on your room and do see that you had to move due to a tv issue. I also see that the light bulb was replaced the same day, but again I do apologize for your frustration. I'm sorry you found the bed so uncomfortable. We just moved...
