After spending time driving around trying to locate the property, we checked in early only to find that our room was not ready. The staff made every effort to expedite the room and our stay began to really take off. The lounge is small and intimate, with a staff that is young, energetic and is dedicated to make you feel...

My wife and I just spent two nights at the Inn and loved it. My wife's job is stressful and she needed to get away. Our birthdays are a few days apart and so we decided to splurge stay someplace fancy with a spa and some local color. The Fairhaven area of Bellingham is right next door to the Chrysalis...

The hectic events of the holidays deserve some downtime seclusion around mid January. Not too far from Seattle, the Chrysalis Inn and Spa is the perfect destination. It located on Bellingham Bay just an hour and forty five minutes drive from Bellevue, WA. You can even drive up Chuckanut Drive on a nice sunny day for some scenic prelude to...

My husband and I stayed at here the weekend before Christmas. It was a relaxing visit before the hectic family holidays. We enjoyed the spa, indulged with 90 minute massages, dined at one of our favorite Bellingham spots, D'Anna's, and did some last minute shopping. The inn is in a great location within walking distance to Fairhaven and the Woods...

This hotel is located in a great location, right on the water and on a public pier. All the rooms have a great water view and are stylish with jacuzzi tubs and fireplaces. Restaurant is tasty and has a good selection of wines. Great happy hour. Easy parking underground, you can leave your car and walk to old part of...

Rented the corner suite for a treat for my wife. Beautiful suite, great view, comfortable bed. Free DVD's to be checked out, although DVD player only in the front room. Huge soaker tub with view. Train noise not that loud, on the third floor anyway.

I really love this place, even with its drawbacks. The rooms are utterly fantastic...great beds, window seats overlooking Bellingham Bay, in-room fireplace, large jetted tubs with a view into and out of the room -- or sliding doors if privacy is preferred. Its also very dog friendly! Our pup loved hanging out on the window seat - and there's a...

The room was okay, I guess, but that is the only thing positive I can say. Trains, trains trains... You literally have a train going by 30ft from where you sleep every 30mins all night. On top of the train we got two calls, one at 11pm and another at 12 pm, neither one had anyone on the other end,...

The trains roar buy your room constantly. NO sleeping here. Nice restaurant and great views but NOISY.if they could only move the railroad tracks away from your window if you want a room facing the water. Also the management is awkward in disclosing this info. And not honest about it. I tried to no avail..

I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail in this hotel. Beautiful huge bath in our deluxe king room #216. Other reviewers mentioned the train sounds but we all found them quant when noticeable at all. I'd stay there again for sure. Great front end staff also.
