Location: It was right off the highway, and close to the airport. The room was dated, but we enjoyed the sleep. Inexpensive. Restaurants within walking distance. Drug store within walking distance. Bellis Fair Mall is also within walking distance. There is a pub/casino next door,...More
The only issue I had with my stay is the noise from highway 5 being right there is pretty bad. The issue is the heating/cooling units they have in the rooms have no fan option where you can leave the fan on constantly all night...More

Thank you for your great review. We are pleased that your weekend in Bellingham was enjoyable. It has been a hot summer so I know a lot of families really enjoy our pool. We look forward to accommodating your family in the future.

I would say about 3 miles. The University is on the south end of town. I can't remember if it is the first or second exit as you approach Bellingham from the south( and it is several blocks west of I-5). This motel is at the third exit north of the University exit.
Bellingham is not a very big town. If you are from there, you would probably go straight down Meridian and go through town to get to Western. But if you are not familiar with the area, the freeway is usually how you would go.
Hope this helps
