Westin Bellevue has been the go to place to stay for all work trips to Seattle. It’s cozy, central and convenient with some effective service from the staff. this particular visit had some initial checkin glitch (apparently my reservation went missing!), but something that was fixed after some rounds of conversations The rooms were as per standard with regular house keeping service . Inroom dining was sumptuous, efficient and timely services. All up, Westin room continues to be a good place to crash after a long day at work ! Thanks for keeping it up!
I used to stay here frequently when coming for business in 2006, right after they opened. Stayed here with my daughter for a night for a fun weekend and was disappointed to see how it had changed. Upon check-in, 3 people at the desk and none of them with time or attention to check us in. One of them went to get someone else. We go key and it didn’t work. Room was fine until you looked out the window to a bamboo lined concrete wall. Felt a little like a jail. Pool was clean but hardly any towels, spa looked inviting but we preferred to shop and eat nearby. Given the cost and what you get, I prefer AC down the street if I were to choose again.
While I was there no one asked me if I needed towels or inquired about my stay. I found the personnel at the desk to be very business-like and only engaged with me unless I engaged with them. Frankly it was a satisfactory stay. A few days later when Icalled to see if I could get an email receipt the assosiate that answered my question was not very helpful. (she insisted on getting my reservation number which I did not have because my daughter was the one who made the reservations( I'm a Senior adult) at the end after I insisted on a resolution she directed my to a voice mail where a prerecorded message instructed me to communicate via email which I did and got the receipt. There was only one exception of an associate who went out of her way to procure writing material and include a complimetary pen which I appreciated very much. Definitely not a hotel for solo guests.…
The Westin in Bellevue has been/is a consistently good experience. You can rely on a friendly and speedy check in, the rooms are clean and well appointed, dark and quiet for a good night's sleep, and you get free water, wifi and parking. The area around the hotel has great dining and shopping options, and has a great vibe/ambiance. Would recommend this for couples, business and adult guests.
When was the last time you were served a mediocre $60 steak on a paper plate with plastic silverware? Well stay here at the Westin Bellevue and that's what you'll get - and that's the best that room service has to offer. Getting to the hotel is a pain, no one is outside for parking or instructions on their very complicated parking situation, the lobby is understaffed, and the menu is some limited version of a 2-3 star hotel. The rooms are dated, and overall this was about as good as a Motel 6. Maybe. It appears no one has told them the pandemic is over.
Very kind staff! Stayed here for business and was very impressed with the attention to detail. No full in room dining, however they have adapted and if works. Extremely clean and close to so many restaurants and bars locally. Will certainly be back!
It was my daughter’s birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make the day memorable for her. The service was exceptional and the agents were friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely stay there again in the future.
This was a great property to stay at, very central. The one thing that I did find odd was that there was no fridge in our room. Other than this the property was great and it was a very central location.
Thank you for the warm welcome in your beautiful hotel. Fast check in & out. Nice room and delicious breakfast. Ideal location for a business stay. Mall with shops and stores opposite side. Very helpful personal.
Had to be out of the house for a few days due to home remodeling and thought that staying in a Westin Hotel in the center of Bellevue may be a nice mini vacation. On the plus side, all the hotel employees were, without exception, top notch and a pleasure to meet. Unfortunately, the accommodations did not do justice to the staff. We had chosen one of the corner studios for the space and the view, but the room itself left a lot to be desired – frayed upholstered furniture and carpeting and sub-standard level of cleanliness in and around the shower. All in all, a tired and unappealing room. It did have a great view...
