The hotel was still in the process of being renovated. Our room was completely redone and quite comfortable. We had a small suite with an extra sitting area. The pool and fitness area could really use some work. The lounge and dining areas were in the process of being rehabbed.

The room was clean, and the lobby was well kept up. The room had a fridge and microwave, and access to netflix and WiFi. I like the fact that a recycle bin is included with the garbage can. The breakfast had a good variety; waffle bar, eggs, bacon, veggie sausage, and assorted

Depending on the time of day traffic can be problematic. The closest bridge Highway 520 to cross Lake Washington to go to Seattle is a toll bridge. Crossing on Interstate 90 there is no toll but is a bit further, but still fairly close by. So depending on traffic it could take more than 15 minutes for either bridge. Traffic in Seattle Metro area is heavy and a lot of stop and go traffic. If renting a car is a possibility I would recommend that. There is the Metro Bus system that runs all over but I don't know if the bus comes right by the hotel. You might have to walk a short distance to a stop. I would call the hotel direct to ask about the Metro.

Hi Sean E, Thank you for your question. No, we do not have a resort fee. If the charge is pending, it is likely an authorization. Hotels typically authorize an amount above room and tax to your credit card in the event you charge incidentals to the room. If no such charges occur, the hotel releases any unused authorization upon check out. Banks may take anywhere from 3-10 business days to reflect this on your account. If it is in fact an authorization, you should see it fall off in a few days. Please feel free to contact us directly at 425-869-6548 with any further questions. Thank you for staying with us! Regards, Corynn Hansen- General Manager
