Suites were comfortable and clean, the free breakfast is greatly appreciated. The pool was very nice, with its lukewarm water, people are friendly. We are grateful to all the staff working in the hotel.
In the Seattle area, this hotel is one of my favorite places to stay. They are doing an outstanding job with balancing Covid restrictions and hospitality. That cannot be easy to do. And while on the news we hear how bad the hotel industry has been hit with staffing issues, this hotel didn't miss a beat when it came to taking care of me. The front desk welcomed me and asked about my room preferences listed on my Hilton Honors profile; I had forgotten what I had listed. The Wi-Fi in my suite worked great. The bed was comfortable. I saw some reviews being petty about little things like parking charges. The parking fees here are very low compared to other cities this size. IDK, I saw the charge listed on the website and decided to stay here. Fairly large print just below Hotel Policies. Online shoppers need to stop being so click happy and read what they are buying. This hotel wasn't the closest to where I wanted to be in the Seattle area but because of the service, I'll be back.…
Enjoyed my stay with family for the holidays in Seattle at this hotel. From the courteous front desk staff to the impressive rooms and amazing view, I couldn’t ask for more. Oh and the breakfast is free and delish! Special mention and thanks to Fabiana who assisted us every morning at breakfast, very professional, friendly and helpful, she always has a smile on her face. Thanks Fabiana for making our stay extra special with your superb service and sunny personality! We will definitely come back!
Really nice, quiet, clean, and comfy bed. Great continental breakfast. Had a nice stay without noise. They added two free drinks in the evening as well.I would stay here again, and would definitely recommend!
We had a amazing time, The food was wonderful. The bartender worked so hard to help everyone and to make sure we were all served. I really think you need to hire one more just to help because it does get busy at the dining hour.
I travel to this hotel a couple of times a year for business. It's always great to see familiar faces each time, even through the pandemic. One of my favorite parts of these visits is the restaurant (not the freebies the actual restaurant). The food is always great even when they had a limited menu. This visit my coworker and I had the calamari ($10 for a GIANT order!) cooked perfectly and then the King salmon plate with wasabi potatoes and asparagus. The portions were large, the wasabi added that certain something to the mashed potatoes and the asparagus cooked just past al dente. It was all phenomenal. I heard a rumor that the chef was on Chopped at one time. The expertise definitely shows! I also love that the same bartender has been here year after year. It's a nice "home away from home" for this weary traveler! At not to leave out the management & event staff - These ladies made sure we constantly had everything we needed for our event. The attention to our event and guest is always on point but this weekend they really went above and beyond! I definitely recommend this hotel for your private events. Thanks to all for a great weekend!…
This is a comfortable and clean hotel. Overall, I think it was too expensive for the experience. The breakfast is good, especially the omlette bar. The cook that makes the omlettes is skilled and friendly. The manager's special is good enough, but nothing special. My main complaint was the hospitality. The front desk staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. In order to have your room cleaned you have to schedule it 24 hours in advance and even if you schedule it (as I did), they don't always clean your room. We scheduled it each day and they only showed half of the time. I think they made our beds twice for a 5 night stay. The location is less than ideal. It is surrounded by office buildings and fast food restaurants and not walkable at all. The hotel restaurant is expensive and slow, but actually serves pretty good food. I would likely stay elsewhere next time. …
Standard Embassy Suites. Little refreshed since we stayed there 20 years ago. Given handicapped room, which was not needed but ok. However, deadbolt lock did not work and when we looked closely the strike plate had been replaced with one that did not fit. Was charged for parking with no notice. Just told we needed pass on dashboard. Charges showed up later. Even charged for second car the one night my wife drove her car over. Suburban hotel with somewhat poorly designed surface lot. No reason to charge in a location like this and no reason not to inform me.
Good for a business meeting, not a family vacation! Service was great, pillows were the worst I have ever had in a hotel, rooms and the rest of the hotel are void of color/interest, and I could have stayed at the Hilton Bellevue, a 4-star hotel for less $.
I stayed at the Embassy Suites in Bellevue while in town for a family event. Overall, a very good experience. I arrived past midnight due to a late flight, and the front desk was pleasant and welcoming. Online check-in and digital key made it very easy to get in quickly. The room (a king suite) was large and comfortable. The bed was amazing! My room was down a side hall and was very quiet, no hallway or outside noise at all. Nicely laid out, with comfy seating area and dining space, and a basic kitchenette. My only complaint about the room is the poor quality coffee -- seems to me like they should invest in Keurigs or something comparable, rather than having bad-tasting hotel coffee. The morning breakfast includes a made to order omelet station, which was a nice treat! Because I got in so late, I wasn't aware of when the breakfast closed, and they shut it down very completely right at 9:00 on weekdays. Would have been nice to have a 10-minute warning -- luckily, I was already in line for the omelet, but couldn't get anything else, and they even pack away the lobby coffee (which is better than the room coffee) at the same time. Other than that, no complaints at all! The location was very convenient for the purpose of my stay, and I was happy to discover a Starbucks only a three-minute walk from the hotel.…
