My son has food allergies and I picked Embassy Suites because of their excellent customer service and willingness to accommodate us. As part of the hotel stay, it includes a complimentary hot breakfast and happy hour. I spoke with their head chef James on the phone twice and met with the sous chef, Kristin, upon arrival. Kristin pointed out which...

This property is a little older, and I'd rate the rooms smaller than about 3 other Embassy Suites in which I've stayed, although San Diego's was small too. However, the rooms are still very adequate and this is in comparison with other Embassy properties: the 2-room suites you get with Embassy Suites are comfortable - especially if travelling with kids...

This hotel is a little older but very clean and well appointed. Every room is a suite and very roomy. Complimentary cooked to order breakfast, wifi, evening reception and very helpful friendly staff. The rates were comparable for the area. I would have given 5 stars but they only had decaf coffee in our room and they offered a bottle...

Great location and excellent accommodations. Easy access to Freeway and minutes from the airport. Great way to start the day with a complimentary breakfast that is cooked especially for you or you can choose the buffet.

My wife and I stayed here for a business meeting I had. The location was perfect, close to everything but away from the hustle & bustle of downtown. The room was clean and the staff was very accommodating and polite.

Staff and hotel was excellent overall. Rooms were cleaned. Snacks and water was provided along with everything that was given so that if we had the late night munchies we did not have to go far. Great overall service for the money paid

The hotel was conveniently located for our business in Bellevue, but the rude female breakfast staff at the omelet station ruined our stay and we decided to cut our stay short and left. Hope the management addresses the customer service issues with the dining team.

We have one of our best visits to Seattle thus far since visiting this beautiful city. The car ride into the city was a very short distance and they have the best breakfast that any family could ask for with the huge variety of items to choose from kudos for a job well done

One week stay - manager reception is nice for well liquor and salty snacks. Stairs felt unsafe and in need of replacement. Egg burrito (breakfast omelette) was so-so; would be nice to get an omlettte instead of a cooked egg shell with filling,
