A lot of things are functioning like normal, but it still has been incredible. This is our 7th time at a lodge, the 5th lodge we’ve been to and the quality and customer service can’t be beat. I’m not sure ho they do it, but everyone has been over the top nice, has tried really hard to accommodate to the best of their ability. My biggest complain it the laundry not being open. 😔Although I hate wearing masks, I will do anything HERE because my kids love it.

My wife and I took our 8 year old and 5 year old during the week. We stayed from Tues-Fri. It's cheaper to stay during the week instead of the weekend, so that's why we did the week. You get more days for the same amount of money if you just stayed a Friday and Saturday. The kids loved it! Water park, arcade, pizza shop, bowling, etc. We got both of our kids the pass, which is worth the money. The kids will get a variety of things, such as coins for arcade, build a bear (you just have to purchase the clothes), free game of bowling, wizard wand for the game (you can upgrade wand for more money). If you bought each activity separate you will spend at least double the money for the activities. The water park wasn't really crowded. I will tell you to get to the water park between 9 and 10 in the morning to get chairs. There are less chairs, due to COVID-19 and the chairs are spread out more. You do not have to wear a mask in the water park, however you have to wear one everywhere else in the building. Kids under the age of 5 you do not need to wear a mask. The miniature golf was not open, which was a bummer. Outdoor pool had closed prior to our arrival, so I can't give you my experience with that. Story time you will need to book a day in advance because there are like only 10 spots available due to COVID-19 inside the barriers. You can however sit outside the barriers and will still be able to listen and watch (just won't get your picture with the mascot). The kids couldn't even touch the mascot and had to get a far away picture with it. I know COVID screws everything up. We did eat at the pizza place there. Its pricey but its convenient. If you willing to leave the resort there are nice places to eat within a 5 mile radius of Great Wolf. We were on the second floor, so we could hear the people above us stomping around, so if you don't want to hear that then I'd suggest the top floor. The room could be updated some honestly. The floors were semi-cleaned. Our outside light on our porch did not work, so we were unable to use the porch to enjoy the night sky. This was our second trip here and we will be back but will be requesting the top floor next time. The first time we were on the bottom floor and didnt really have issues with noise. Also staff will not come in your room to straighten up or leave towels. If you need towels you need to call the front desk and they will bring some to your room just not inside. Also you have to leave your trash outside your door and it will be picked up. All this again due to COVID.

We had so much fun on our trip- the water park is awesome as advertised, and we had a really great dinner. They do a great job keeping everything sanitary with Covid even at their buffet location, which is more like a chipotle style serving. Chefs Justin and Anton made some amazing Salmon and Ribs, cooked just right with a flavorful glaze. I definitely recommend the buffet. Looking forward to our next trip!

This was our 5th time to GWL over the past 4 years and I can easily say that it was our best trip yet. Michelle Piteo helped us arrange activities for the kids before we even arrived. Upon arrival, our room was ready two hours early. Everything was as clean as could be. Everyone was respecting mask rules and there was plenty of room to social distance within the water park. My kids loved every second of the waterpark and all of the extra activities were a huge bonus. They loved the trick or treat trail and my 4yo daughter kept saying how she took a “real yoga class.” We had burgers from the waterpark for dinner and take out buffet for breakfast the next morning. Staff were all amazing. When I got home Ms. Piteo followed up with us and we just booked another trip back! We can wait!

We booked 2 nights at Great Wolf Williamsburg with our daughter and grandson. We all had a wonderful time playing games and sliding all the slides in the water park. It was much nicer by only being at 50% capacity and staying on Sunday and Monday night. We took advantage of their meal plan, which I highly recommend. We didn’t have to leave the resort to eat or get food. There is a Walmart nearby for incidentals if necessary as well as a couple of fast food options. We did bring our own beverages for in the room which also is a big savings tip! The paw/wolf passes are also a great value. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We left the water park for an hour or so to eat and take a little break, when we returned another family took our seats, as well as our towels, which will be charged to your room if not returned and checked back in. I went directly to an employee who never hesitated but took care of finding us chairs and even securing a locker for our valuables, as the new chairs were a bit out of the way of viewing safely. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful also. The only thing I would say we needed was more table space In the living area and counter space in the bathroom.
