My husband and I brought our son here to celebrate his 2nd birthday! It was a nice way to do something special without hosting a big gathering. At his age, it is tough to find things he can enjoy, so this was a great option! He loved the water slides in the toddler area, he must have gone down them 20 times at least during our 2-night stay! The wave pool and lazy river were also favorites. My husband had a great time at the arcade. We ate from the pool snack bar and the pizza place while we were there, both were fine. I liked the fact that the bunk beds were divided from the main bed. It wasn't as private as a suite with an actual door between beds, but it was better than your average room and allowed all of us to sleep well. It was nice to have the fridge and microwave, I used it for breakfast in the mornings. I recommend a 2-night-stay, 1-night would be rushed. A few cons: - The reserved tables everywhere. We lucked out and found a table both nights, but you really have to hunt for them and it is annoying when you see a bunch of them just sitting there "saved." - The Dunkin Donuts smelled like something was burning the whole time we were there. - Nothing was done to acknowledge my son's birthday, so why do they ask if you are there for a special occasion when you make the reservation? - Our room was missing a shower head and soap when we checked in. Staff fixed it right away (I love the text feature) - The craft was coloring paper plates both days Our Sunday to Monday night stay was about $800 ($550 for room, $250 for food, arcade, etc). For the price, I could see this becoming a yearly activity.

I am so disappointed with Great Wolf Lodge and their stance on holding firm to their cancellation policy during the Corona Virus outbreak. I sat on hold for 63 minutes to be promoted for a rep to call me back. I tried the on line chat it didnt work bc of the volume. When she called she told me they are not offering refunds and won’t honor the rate for another stay instead they keep my money and hope I find another deal by May 18th to use my credit. Then she informs me that the reason they aren’t allowing refunds is bc the CDC inspects Great Wolf Lodge and water activities don’t spread the virus. Does she think I’m an idiot? And if this is how upper management-owners trained their employees they should be ashamed. Do you not realize the seriousness of this virus? Schools are closed, NCAA, NBA cancelled. And to top off the conversation she can’t help me and I’m on hold again with the change your reservation department. This was going to be our first trip to Great Wolf Lodge but instead we will never visit and I hope you come to your senses and refund your customers.

Pool and slides were great. shower room in the pool area has only 3 stalls and water is barely flowing, unusable. no chargers for electric cars, not even 120v. I should've checked but alarm was set at 6am by previous guests I assume, so woke everybody up.

Resort was a good bargain for a family of 8. Loved having the additional time to enjoy the park the day of the check out until 9pm. We stayed in a fireplace, lofted suite for 8. Fair amount of space, and most things worked well and were clean. Microwave had an issue with the timer panel, and the toilet handle came undone on the second bathroom, other than that, it was nice. For a family of 8 to enjoy the park for two days, and have a place to sleep and rest for less than $600 was a bargain in my opinion. Food and activity prices were a bit high, but for a resort atmosphere, were better than most places. At times the staff could have put on a smile, and trying to gather information about the packages available was a bit confusion. Drive in, suit up, and relax...
