We got the studio for one night. The beautiful lady who checked us in was helpful and very informative...the concierge was Rude...the room was clean, bed was comfy and the only issue we had was the person in the adjoining room trying to get into our room at 2 am from interior door..glad it held up..he was loud and obnoxious...

Nice units. Needs renovation: bathrooms, mattress, carpet. Very good activities. One of our favorite resorts in Williamsburg. Located close to restaurants and stores. Quite and family friendly. Sales presentation took twice as long.

Location, maintenance, & courtesy was all great. Lots of history in the area of: Early settlement, revolutionary war and civil war. Jamestown Settlement is different each time you go. There are active excavations in progress.

The resort is very well kept.Our unit was clean and the furniture was comfortable and clean no stains or worn areas.The kitchen was fully supplied with everything needed to cook all 3 meals.The grounds and units where very well maintained

I had given this trip for my kids to have a nice vacation with their SO. The first night my daughter found a bed bug between the mattress and box spring. They did come immediately and gave them another room and promised a gift for their troubles. She was told by Tiffany Clinkscales (manager) that she would be given a free week stay voucher. We have yet to receive this. I wouldn't trust anything they say. I wouldn't go there are the rooms were okay but dated.

Resort is the best in Williamsburg. I have stayed at all rci resorts and this was by far the best The location is very close to everything you need. . The two outdoor pools were a great option.. Would definitely recommend this resort

After check in we were greeted to a pushy sales person who said it was not mandated but if we did not go to a sales meeting we would be charged $40.00 even though we are already owners and do not plan to buy any more. Our room was decent but starting to get a little worn. (ripped blanket, missing chain for blind, broken toilet seat). They used to have a lot of activities, arts and crafts for the children. All they have now is a few things for the adults and nothing for the children. We enjoyed the pool and played mini golf a few times. Staff was helpful and generous when we needed any supplies for the suite.

This used to be a very nice five star resort in Williamsburg Va. Attention is needed in the bedding area, the hot water issues, all 3 tv's broken for 2 1/2 days of our stay, told by front desk cox cable the problem. Mold and mildew around jets in the jetted tub, we decided not to even use during our stay. Unit we had was next to the road, fire trucks two nights, gas powered golf carts hitting speed bumps all the time then hitting the gas, very loud in the condo. the 100 car train running close to this resort waking us up several times during the night. We decided enough and left a day early, could not take it anymore.
