Extremely over priced! Can stay at a local suites style hotel twice as long for same price. Management combative. Cut our losses and checked out early. Tried to charge extra for linen and towels. On top of that we had family in a RV site as well. Only bad experience in Virginia.

Room was very clean, whole park was well maintained and the staff was very friendly. Great experience!! I would definitely recommend this for either a couples trip or the whole family! It meets everyone's needs!!

The grounds are quite lovely, I wouldn't want to tent camp here as those sites are rather small but the rest of the property is well laid out and very nice. We stayed in one of the simple cabins. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Was very close to Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, and the Colonial Triangle. Lots of activities for kids and lots of things to do. Movies, s'mores, and gaga every evening. We spent a lot of time at the local attractions, but we spent a good amount of time at the campground and were very satisfied. Highly recommend.

We stayed at a pet friendly cabin, situated on a hill. The only foliage near us was brush. The lot was gravel and the site requires a distance walk on order to find grass for our puppy to do his business. Not the greatest pet friendly site. Staff was very nice and accommodating, however.

Very nice park and well worth it for families. Just a few minutes from Yorktown, Williamsburg, and Jamestown. Highly recommend a stay if you like history. If your going for fireworks bring a camping chair. Next time I'm going to stay for more than 4-days...

Busy place. Not sure we got what we paid for but we didn't spend that much time at the park. Many things to do. Pool was clean. The game room was not appealing. Had to pay for pool and the foos ball game was missing the balls. The store was well stocked. Staff was very friendly. The only reason for... More

This is a very nice KOA on 180 acres that is very wooded. There are two different campgrounds. The first campground is lively and is a great place for families. The second campground about two minutes pass the first campground is quieter with a small dock on a small stream. There was free cable and Wi-Fi. Both campgrounds have heated... More

We had the chance to stay in a deluxe cabin, it was great! Our family loved the pool, bouncing pillows, ice cream, and movie under the stars on Friday night. We also enjoyed a free pancake breakfast. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay for our family!
