We have owned here for about 4 years. The units are fairly new and modern. The location is close to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens, also right next door to the water park. Harris Teeter grocery store is only a couple of miles away. Very convenient location.

This is our first stay here and we are extremely pleased. We have a two-bedroom unit in the Townes section of the resort. We have lots of space, a well-supplied kitchen, a whirlpool jet tub, and a very comfortable bed. I have been utilizing the fitness center and it offers an excellent assortment of equipment. It's a very quiet resort...

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT RESORT UNTIL IM ABOUT 70 yrs old that's how boring it was. Checked in on Friday and turned around and checked back out the same day, trip was a total waste of out time I'm just mad that we took that long drive for NOTHING.

We had a family getaway that included our five grandchildren. This was in an area of Kings Creek called The Cottages, and we had a 2-bedroom deluxe and a one-bedroom lockoff that adjoined it. We loved the layout, the beautiful furnishings, and the amenities both inside and outside the units. There was plenty of room for the kids to play...

I thought this place was not only great for adults to get away but would be awesome to bring my kids next time. The hubby and I enjoyed what the surrounding area had to offer. I actually went to college in Hampton and were visiting for a friends birthday. It was great to spend time checking out what the immediate...

While the location was good, we had a few issues with the condo. The sink faucet handle came off at times, the door to the second bedroom did not close completely, the toilet in the main bedroom ran all night. The layout of the second bedroom was weird with the dresser and TV in a corner. The twin beds were...

While the place was strategically located for a trip to Busch Gardens My complaint is that the 1 bedroom unit we had was small and the stove didn't work properly, no dish washer (except me that is) Other than that, I recommend it as a vacation spot.

This resort is located in a quiet area with very comfortable accommodations. Indoor and outdoor pools, Miniature golf course and shuffle board, playgrounds for the kids and plenty of area to walk. The clubhouse was under renovation when we were there at Easter time but there were still planned activities going on throughout the week.

I can do as little or as much as I like when I visit my resort. If I am in a pensive mood and want to stay close by and read - great. I don't feel hemmed in as " this space is so cramped." Or I can venture out to Va. Beach or Colonial Williamsburg or Bush Gardens or...
