My husband and I had a wonderful time on our vacation in Williamsburg. Deborah was very hospitable and warm. The food was perfection l, as well as, plentiful. We stayed in the Adams room and it was very beautiful. The room was large and comfortable and the service was great. If were are back in the area we will definitely... More

A very individual B&B run by a charming, friendly couple. It has the freedom of a hotel with the delicious home-cooked breakfasts of home. Reasonably priced, very comfortable and extremely well placed for walking into Colonial Williamsburg. Plenty of parking and a lovely setting.

I'll start with the positives - Great location. Stop, that's all there is here. Negatives - we where rather put off by the innkeeper's attitude, right from the get-go. While giving us the 3 different keys to our lodgings, she chided us about what key was for which lock, and how to treat each one, warning us we would be... More

Edward, Well I am quite surprised by your review. I do have to say that yes, we have been in business for 17 years and can read people pretty well, but I am totally taken back by your review. Let me preface this response by saying that I take my business very seriously and whether you care or not, a... More

If you are visiting historic Williamsburg, this is the place to stay! Only 4 blocks walk to the historic district and right across the street from William and Mary. We had interim inn keepers for a few nights, then the owners came back. They were all great, very approachable and friendly. The breakfasts were very good, especially loved the lemon... More

Quaint and cozy. Great location and friendly staff. Wine and cookies out each evening and great breakfast. I love the design of the rooms and grounds. Provided more than was expected at a B&B. Easy to walk to Colonial Williamsburg.

My husband and I enjoyed 4 wonderful nights at this excellent Inn. The decor was period furnishings from colonial days and the rooms all had names of various presidents. The rooms were spotless and we were provided extra amenities such as wine and snacks every evening. John and Debbie were quick to supply our every need and the breakfasts were... More

We stayed for two nights in the Lincoln Suite--A nice sized room on the second floor with two bathrooms. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The B&B is a beautiful, short walk past the College of William and Mary to Colonial Williamsburg. Debbie was a lovely host! She offers wine and baked goods from 5-7pm which is... More

We were a little disappointed with our stay. When we arrived, we were early for check in and were turned away at the door. The hospitality was not very welcoming during our stay. The host were not attentive to the guest during the dy and evening hours.

Robert, Well, to be perfectly honest you were less than hospitable yourself. From the time you knocked at the door at 12:30pm and wanting to check in, you certainly did not seem happy. We make it very clear, on our website, on the phone and on our confirmation email that check in is after 3pm. We are a small Inn.... More

As a solo traveller, I appreciated this bed and breakfast. The hosts are gracious and very helpful. I met a ton of really nice people, the most memorable couple coming from West Virginia whose ancestors fought at Yorktown and were General George Washington's bodyguards! The food is to die for! Good thing I was doing a lot of walking! The... More

We recently stayed in the Washington Suite and it was wonderful. The decor of the room is themed after President Washington. The antiques and furniture are very interesting. The bed was fairly good, not the best part of the room. As far as location it seems just right. It's about a mile walk or drive to the shops of Williamsburg... More
