So this is our 7th year that my wife 2 kids and inlaws are coming to Williamsburg. We enjoy Bushgardens and all Virginia has to offer. We come so often that my mother in law was considering on purchasing a timeshare here. They try to sell us every year and this year was no different except for my father in law who was sick and not able to make the trip. Since he was not there they said my mother in law was not eligible for the timeshare seminar. When we complained at the desk on our way out they became very argumentative and mocked me. It being our last day on vacation and I didnt want to ruin the day by lowering myself to their level just walked out. I feel like they were descriminating against my mother in law because she is a woman and this unacceptable in this day and age. I also feel it is terrible customer service to argue and insult the customer. I think maybe next year we will try a different establishment to stay. One that appreciates their guests and would like future business

It is a very nice resort. It is well maintained and in a great location. It is close to so many things that are available in and around Williamsburg and yet, because of the size of the entire resort, it provides a very peaceful atmosphere.

We stayed twice at the resort and can’t wait to go back again! The staff is very helpful, Bryan and Amanda we going extra mile to get us the room that we needed and answer any questions. We stayed at the upper level condos, tasteful renovated with fully equipped kitchen, new mattresses, clean linens and just about anything you would need. Quiet and sunny part of the resort, entire family slept well and relaxed when in the condo or explored lovely Historic district and Bush Gardens. We played tennis on newly renovated courts but did not use the pool. Thank you for everything Powhatan Team! We look forward to visiting again soon!

While the facility is beautiful with lots of amenities, which you pay for, the annoying slaes pitch goes over the top. At the original introduction the 6 calls later then again upon leaving. It made us not appreciate the facility.
