Greensprings resort, owned by Diamond Properties, is conveniently located minutes from the Monticello shops and restaurants in Williamsburg. Apart from the location, the big point is that you can get a 2BR 2BA condo for around $100 when they are on sale. They will keep $100 deposit though. One funny thing is a particular online hotel booking site offered $20... More

We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo on the second floor. The accommodations are great. Plenty of room. 1 king bed in the master with garden tub and shower in bathroom. The 2nd bedroom had 2 twin beds. The sofa in the living room made a full sized bed if needed. The condo had its own apartment sized washer... More

Booked via Groupon a month ago, stayed this weekend. Arrived after 9pm, found the check in area. I had read the reviews about pushy sales pitches, so I was ready for that. Check in was quick and easy, and the desk agent was very friendly. The concierge desk is where you get the sales pitch, etc. Rob, the old man... More

first time here, lovely location; grounds are well maintained and picturesque. Site is surrounded by a golf course. we stayed just following the Labour ( Yes I'm Canadian) Day weekend... the golf course seemed to be closed as was the vaunted pool Cabana. Swimming pool was clean and warm - very enjoyable.... when its open the whirlpool is very nice.... More

I stayed for several days in August, and would not return. When we tried to check in late Friday evening, we were sent to a suite that had not been cleaned, and in fact had a urine soaked mattress prominent in the common area. It was disgusting. Some of the client-facing staff struggled to understand English, to the disadvantage of... More

We were a group of 8- 4 adults and 4 kids. We got a four bedroom "lock off" - which is basically 2- 2 bedroom condos with a shared hallway. I was very surprised at the lack of rentals for groups larger than 6 to sleep under one roof. In any event, we ended up at Greensprings. The condos were... More

We went to Greensprings Resort for Spring Break, which was also during Easter. I wasn't really sure what to expect because it was also our first time in Williamsburg. The resort is extremely nice and the staff was amazing. Everyone was so polite, welcoming, and accommodating. We were given a calendar of all of the activities they would have on... More

We check in at the front desk and are told the concierge has visitor info for us. "Visitor info" is mainly an attempt to get us to sign up for a time share presentation. I reply, "We're on vacation and are not interested.". I'm either ignored or this isn't what they want to hear. So we can leave and go... More

I'm currently staying at Greensprings Vacation Resort. This is by far the worst vacation ever. I am in a second floor unit and the noise of the folks above us is unbearable. Our bathroom is filled with mold. We are here 8 nights now and our room have not been cleaned. This place is just disgusting.

We are sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience at Greensprings Vacation Resort. While the resort is currently undergoing refurbishment, your experience is not typical of the guest experience at our resort. I will be walking the suite you stayed in personally. More
