My wife and I have been visiting Magnolia Manor for ten years and counting! The hosts/owners are wonderful and the vibe of the inn is so quaint and welcoming. It’s an easy, lovely walk straight to downtown, and only minutes from the outlets by vehicle. We couldn’t recommend it enough and you won’t be disappointed!

Honeymoon Downer My husband and I would not recommend Magnolia Manor bed and breakfast. The only positive thing about our stay was Scott (the owner) greeted us upon our arrival. After greeting us and reviewing a few house rules ect... Scott took our credit card and charge out our stay right then and there. We never saw Scott again!!!! As... More

Warmly welcomed by Scott and nice first floor layout. Roomy second floor suites but the third floor rooms are a bit cramped and hot. The air con unit is very necessary but very noisy. Everything you would expect in an Inn except coffee 24/7 when we found Keurigs in the three Inns visited before this on our tour. Previous Innkeepers... More

My husband and I have traveled to Williamsburg for over 16 years and just love it! We had never stayed at Magnolia Manor but they had the days we needed available and the price was affordable. Scott and Jen were wonderful. They greeted us each morning with a cheery smile and a fabulous breakfast. Not only was it delicious, but... More

This is not the best B&B on the block... On the plus side- the location is awesome, the price is reasonable, the rooms are nicely decorated and have comfortable accommodations. We had a two-room suite with a DVD and Blu-ray player, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi, which were all great things. On the negative side - wear and tear... More

We chose to visit this location for a romantic quick visit in Williamsburg, and we needed to arrive late on our first night. The owners were extremely helpful and made sure they left cookies out for us on our late arrival. It's the little things that make the big difference, and the owners certainly put quality into your stay.

My husband and I went to the Magnolia Manor for the Grand Illumination. This was our fourth time staying here and unfortunately, we left rather disappointed. Although the owners are very nice and accommodating, there were a few things that were hard to ignore. The overall cleanliness of our room was lackluster, i.e. a rusting tub, peeling paint, spots on... More

In April, 2014, I stayed in the Magnolia Suite, which was beautiful, quiet and very comfortable. Downstairs living room was a cozy place for conversation with other guests and always had coffee/tea and snacks -- even gluten free cookies! Our friendly host made delicious breakfasts and chatted with us in the morning. My fellow guests were very nice and I... More

I was a bit nervous about staying here because there are very few reviews on trip advisor AND their cancellation policy is very strict however, I didn't need to worry at all!! There are only 4 rooms. Our stay was lovely. Scott (the innkeeper) was very friendly and informative. We never saw his wife which was no big deal. They... More

We had a fabulous stay at Magnolia Manor. The food was great, the room was comfortable and the owners were welcoming! The location was perfect-- just a 10 minute walk to the town. We highly recommend if you are planning a visit to Williamsburg!
