Only three blocks from colonial Williamsburg. Free breakfast. Nothing fancy but great location for the price. Drive up motel with pool. Friendly staff. Only bad thing is that they didn't have a soda machine. I wanted to buy a water and they told me there was a gas station s block away?

This is an average hotel that is close to Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was enough for our family to eat before heading to the park. Very quiet location, close to stores and restaurants.

This is an "official" Colonial Williamsburg hotel, which entitles you to discounted tickets (though the teacher discount is better!), free parking, and breakfast. It is also a lovely, short walk to the heart of historical Williamsburg. The pool is good-sized and sparkling clean. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean, of average size, with decent wi-fi, and have... More

I'm struggling with my rating for this hotel. I don't feel it's a 2 but I also don't feel it's a 3. My family and I stayed here for a week long vacation to Williamsburg. It had a lot of pros but also a lot of cons. Pros Friendly staff Waling distance to Colonial Williamsburg and downtown shopping Nice Pool... More

We were just passing through the area and only needed an overnight stay. Although the Governor's Inn was off the interstate (3 Miles) it was convenient to the historical part of town. The beds were ok and the room was clean. It was small but typical for a motel room. We did not use any amenities such as the pool.... More

The room was clean, but outdated. This hotel is fine for a family or someone not wanting to spend a lot on a hotel chain. The Governor's Inn is about a 10 minute walk to Merchant Square & Historic Williamsburg/Revolutionary City, which was nice.

Good low cost, well placed hotel with free breakfast and free parking. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Staying here entitles you to discounts for tickets and purchases in the town. We were in a first (ground) floor room overlooking the main road. Room was clean and quiet. There was a refrigerator but be careful as ours froze my... More

I stayed here after reading reviews on here and this place was terrible. First I booked a double room with two beds I had to park literally a quarter mile from my room because of their ignorant parking situation and when I got to the room with loads of stuff they gave me a single bed room instead of the... If you're looking for a fancy hotel, this isn't it. What they do have is a superb staff that cares, reasonable prices, a pool, and enough parking so that you can park and walk everywhere in Colonial W'msburg. Free breakfast makes this a great place for families. Had a similar experience as another reviewer - deadbolt on door wouldn't lock.... More

This hotel was priced cheap and was def worth the cost. Room was clean, free breakfast was good, walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg, shuttle to other parks..overall good stay. I never visited the pool, but it seemed to be very busy. My only advice, bring your own sheets. Our bed did not have a fitted sheet, and personally I find... More
