We've visited Williamsburg several times and have now found the hotel we will continue to book. Our group was 4 adults and 2 kids. The room set up was fantastic! You walk into a greatroom with full kitchen, breakfast bar, and living room. To the right was a separate bedroom with 2 queen beds and a bathroom next to it. To the left was a bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom next to it. Perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable. Plus, the staff was courteous and very helpful. Adrian at the front desk was so very nice and helpful, specifically. We had an issue, but he worked quickly to get it rectified and all was well in no time. The pool was very clean. There was also a really nice, spacious eating area so hopefully times will change soon and they'll be able to start serving hot meals again. Also, I found a couple of days after we got home that I had left an entire drawer full of things. I called the hotel to see if they had the things and remarkably, they did! They shipped it all to my home. I have left things at hotels before and this is the first time I've actually had my things returned to me. So, if you're going to Williamsburg, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. …
Lysol clean signs in the doorways of the rooms. Did digital check in on the app. Very simple! Nice front desk staff. The prices were very cheap for a suite. I wanted a room with more seats and a table and this had it! Very comfortable. Great location.
We were going for an overnight anniversary trip. We found this hotel to have good ratings and a reasonable price. We were greeted by the front desk staff member, she gave us great info on their cleaning and sanitizing processes, grab and go breakfast and parking info. We proceeded to our room and found a sanitization seal. There was also one on the remote control showing it had been cleaned. The room was small in comparison to other similar hotels but reasonably appointed. We had a microwave and mini fridge (unfortunately the water I put in it was a frozen block of ice just 12 hours later). The bathroom was spacious, clean, and had plenty of towels and amenities and the shower was awesome. There is a side entrance at the end of the building that made for great access without having to go through the lobby each time. My issues/concerns were this - We were on the first floor facing the parking lot. There are train tracks across the main road, behind the buildings but the train sounds like it’s in the parking lot and runs throughout the night. We also heard people coming and going as they were parked right outside our window. There are also not many spaces for those of us who are not Diamond Honors Members. (The front desk staff member told us we could park in the adjacent lot that looks like it belongs to the restaurant next door but it’s really the hotel’s lot. I wasn’t comfortable parking there and was concerned my car would be gone in the morning). The lighting in the room was quite dim and almost yellow, the lights above the desk were bright and clear and would have been a better choice to brighten the room. The mattress was also a bit firm for our liking and I didn’t get much rest from having to turn over often as my arms and legs would go to sleep. Tips - don’t be on the first floor and ask for a room on the back of the hotel. …
This hotel did everything right, especially considering that we were in a pandemic. The hotel and the room were very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable, the wifi worked great, and the breakfast was good considering the COVID restrictions. Highly recommended.
We recently stayed the weekend with our entire family. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The indoor pool was perfect for the kids and incredibly clean. All of the staff members that we came across were incredibly helpful and kind.
