Good: Plenty of parking, even in the shade. Easy and fast 2 min check-in. Individually wrapped muffins and apples for breakfast during Covid-19. Room was clean and well furnished. Two doubles, armoire, dresser, TV, desk, single chair, coffee table, fold out couch, coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Nice outdoor pool and public area. Plenty of hot water for showers. Ice machine on both floors. Staff friendly. Not good: We had reserved a suite for five adults. When we arrived, they only had 3 towels in the room. No linens for the fold out couch anywhere to be found. We asked the clerk. She assured us that the couch was already made. When we opened it up at 10p, it had a fitted sheet on it. Nothing else. We asked for linens. The clerk was the only on one on duty and could not leave the desk till 11p. When we closed the drapes we found them ripped and badly stained. They brought the linens to us at 11p, two more fitted bottom sheets, a coverlet and three pillow cases, no top sheet or pillows. On the first night children were riding a toy up and down the walkway outside our room till midnight. On the second night a large group of guests held a cookout with loud socializing till 1a on the deck below our room. At 5:20a somebody started "preaching" loudly in the same location. Only heard the one voice but it woke all of us up and it went on for close to 15 minutes. We know it is difficult to control guest behaviors but noise is noise. We might stay again, but we would make sure we asked for a room facing the parking lot rather than the pool and social area. And would check the fold out couch much earlier for linen.

Dear Glen, Thank you for taking the time to respond to this review. We value your input and will use it to improve our customer service. I am delighted that you were happy with our location. However, I am concerned that we did fully meet or exceed your expectations. I truly understand this COVID Virus is stressful on everyone, just remember when you stay with us again we want to have a wonderful experience so please let us know how we can exceed your expectations. I certainly understand that the noise was a very irritating disappointment and we are sharing this information with our whole staff so we can avoid these kinds of situations in the future. I personally would like to ask you to accept my humble apologies for any and all discomforts you experienced during your recent stay. We are looking forward to serving you again and we hope we will be your vacation home away from home. Sincerely, Georgia Salih, General Manager

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have never been disappointed. We began our latest stay 7/3/2020 and checked out 7/5/2020. Upon entry to the room, it appeared not to have been cleaned in some time since it was dusty and had a bad smell. I could accommodate that since I brought my own cleaning supplies and Lysol. There was trash all around the complex and over flowing on each of the floors trash cans. There was no clock (and the microwave was older than me) in the room, thankfully I had my cell phone with me. The pool was dirty and had stuff floating in it and while it may not have been available for use, it gave the hotel guests an quite unattractive pool to look at. Saturday night, guests checked in next to us who were loud, hung around outside of our door and talked loudly most of the night. In addition to no clock, there were no cups, no coffee maker in the room at all. The nice thing about the room was that the bathroom was large enough for two people to stand in it at any given time. The bed was comfortable (for me, I like hard bed, hubby not so much so). The a/c worked great. The tv was on a swivel making it easy to watch from the sofa or the bed. It looked like the freezer hadn't been defrosted in 6 months or more.

First the good stuffs. Quiet, pleasant super friendly staff. Nicely nestled close to a variety of restuarants and shops. Walking distance to a couple of restuarants. We were 40 minutes to a beach, a few minutes away from various historical areas and just a overall decent location. And again quiet. I personally have stayed in places where it has not been quiet and you appreciate it when you find it. It was clean and had microwave, frig and coffee maker (cause you need that). Room photos actually matched the room itself. Travelers you know that is plus. TV had a great variety of channels. Hot water was really hot and water pressure fantastic. Now for the not so great stuffs....I'm assuming that the pool wasn't open due to covid-19. dissappointing but understood. There were only 2 bath towels for a double room could have used 2 more. I'm sure if I called down I would have gotten them real quick but we brought beach towels with us and we made do. That is probably all the not so great stuffs I have.

So disappointed with our stay and service received and all of the BAIT and SWITCH practices at this hotel. I understand there are issues in reference to Covid 19 currently; however, I've stayed at several hotels over the past few months and have NOT seen a single one so poorly ran and handled at this hotel during the current covid issues. Here is a brief list of our issues: * Hotel advertised free breakfast and at checkin in, I inquired and was told free breakfast is Coffee!? (other hotels currently doing brown bags currently) * No blanket for son using the couch bed (which was horribly uncomfortable, terrible quality) we called and "only" employee workign couldn't find any blankets, after a long wait she eventually brought two very small blankets to our room saying we would get a better blanket the next day (never did) and these blankets did not work well as I had to give me son my blanket because he kept waking up cold with terrible blanket. * I have to laugh when I read the "free premium WIFI" lie. THis is easily the worst WIFI in any hotel I've ever seen. It just wasn't usable at all. It would log us off and make us re-sign in about eveyr hour or two and worked about 5 or 10 mintues out of every hour. While attending a video meeting for work I had to use my personal cell phone hot spot because the hotel WIFI woulnd't work and I went through an entire months worth of data in 1 1/2 meeting, now I have no data for family plan for rest of the month becaue this hotel LIES about having good internet. Whe we complained they said they were updating the WIFI, so they clearly know its garbage, so why LIE and say preimum WIFI when the WIFI was worse than trash and not useable?! * On day of check-out, 3 hours BEFORE check out time, wife room key didn't work while I was in shower and couldn't open door. She went to lobby where employee told wife that the key expired as she was supposed to check out (it was 8:30am way before check out time). Employee continued to give wife a hard time about the key and then blamed her for it not working even after saying the key was expired because she was supposed to check out! She said she fixed the key, but still didn't work and she had to wait by the door until I got out of the showed. * We received 0 serviced in 4 days there. No clean towels, no soap/shampoo, no garbage take out, nothing! When I complained at check out I was told that I was supposed to received (which I did NOT) a letter at checkin saying we ahd to call to receive service!? Thanks for telling me at checkout after 4 day stay. The room stank so bad reusing same dirty towels and no trash taken out for 4 days. * When I complained about how my wife was treated the employee had the nerve to tell me that my wife doen't speak good English and misunderstood her. I feel this was STRONG RACIAL discrimination because my wife has an accent and is from a different country despite being in this country for over 30-years and speaking perfect English! Especailly in today's world, I can't believe such racial discrimintatino and assumptions made by this employee.

We were greeted on arrival at the front desk by Virginia, a very cheerful clerk. She welcomed us warmly and was prepared for our arrival. Checkin was quick and orderly. She provided useful information on the facilities and services available during our stay at the inn. We found our room clean and attractive. Later, Virginia provided us with a map and directions to a restaurant we had chosen. She also inquired as to our satisfaction with our room. The next morning we found the breakfast to be very good.
