The owner and staff did not wear masks. We do not believe that our room was deep cleaned because of dust and dirt we found on many surfaces. We used our own supplies to clean it. We previously had stayed at this motel, as a yearly stop enroute to a vacation destination, but didn’t last year because we read unfavorable reviews. We decided to give the motel another chance this year. It is a convenient location to Colonial Williamsburg. But we were disappointed, and we will not be returning.

Let me just say that we have always said here, i've been a visitor for the past 10 or so years! This place doesn't look like much from the outside but the rooms are always clean! The pool is great and simple. We said this past september as a birthday trip for me, my husband, and my grandmother and it was nice, we are close enough to the stores and shops but still far enough to be comfortable. I have never had an issue when staying here, its kinda been a family tradition for us. The beds has always been clean and ready for us, they will even turn the a/c or heat on for you if you request. They also have two bedroom suites here so if you have a bigger family there is plenty of room. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a less expensive room that is clean and comfortable. Two night stay over so that we could visit Colono Williamsburg. This is an older motel however the rooms were much larger than expected. Four chairs, a bench, desk refrigerator, microwave and a large closet. The bathroom looked to be newly remodeled while the sink is part of a large countertop in the main room.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights and had a great time. I explained during check-in that we intended to visit both Jamestown and Yorktown, and Mr. Patel went out of his way to explain the local area. We ended up dining at an Indian restaurant that he recommended. Great service! The room itself was comfortable and clean. The large refrigerator was nice. Easy driving distance to Food Lion for groceries. Great value for the money!

After staying at the Rodeway, I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Williamsburg. It's clean, comfortable, conveniently-located and an INCREDIBLE Value for the price. You will thank yourself for choosing the Rodeway!

This is the old style motel where you conveniently park directly in front of your room. The rooms have been refurbished and our bathroom looked brand new. The room had everything we needed; i.e. mini fridge, microwave, iron and board, blow dryer, soaps and shampoos, dining table with comfortable chairs. The beds were really clean and comfortable. The whole place was clean and well maintained. 4 minutes from Busch Gardens and Water Country. Owner was amiable and engaging. The pool was fabulous and the children loved that it was lit up at night. Would definitely stay again. Saved lots of money on room and had a fabulous stay. It is your basic well maintained and safe motel. Highly recommend it for families with children. Loved the safety, cleanliness, convenience and relaxation of it all.…

Budget motel close to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. Not fancy but good value for budget type motel. I stayed 5 nights. Park right in front of your room. Beds - Pillows were comfortable. A/C was very cold and worked well. Good continental breakfeast. Bottom line - a little old and in need of re-furbishment but adequate for a budget style MOTEL close to all area attractions. 7 Eleven across street and very good "Pancake HOuse next door.

This is an older place but we had lots of room and it was very clean. Had a table and two chairs to eat, desk and an over stuffed chair my husband like to watch tv. King bed. Just a nice room and clean. The gentleman that ran the hotel was very very nice and when we needed extra towels and things it was right there. Thank you for a nice 4 day visit. Slept very well.

Me, my husband, our son and his wife and our granddaughter were going to Williamsburg for vacation thru Christmas Eve. We wanted a place where we could all be together in a room. Looking at the trip advisor reviews we decided to try the Rodeway Inn and Suites - 2 bedroom suite. We were not disappointed, the room was very clean, comfy and quiet. We have season passes for Busch Gardens, so we are frequent visitors to the area and it’s a 4 hour ride so always stay at least 1 night. Rodeway Inn and Suites will now be our hotel of choice. The operators of the hotel are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. I can not think of one negative thing to say about our stay.

We found this motel through TripAdvisor and I’m glad we did. It wasn’t fancy but had all we needed for a quiet 2 night stay. Sonny was very helpful in recommending good places to eat dinner. The bed was comfortable and clean. I also liked being able to park right in front of our room. We would stay there again.
