We did not know there were renovations planned for during our stay...maybe that would have made a difference. You decide. We had 2 connecting rooms, 2 double beds in each room. Only 1 room had a 'fridg and neither had microwaves. Bathrooms were barely large enough to turn around in. Our rooms were right in front of the only elevator... More

Good bed. The bad The couple next door in 456 had some anger issues. Which almost had us call the police. The ugly we stayed on the 4th floor the elevator stop working we walked down with our suit cases to the car. As I went to check out the girl at the counter was busy on the phone with... More

I am sorry for the elevator - we called the service immediately after it occurred. He was here shortly and was able to fix quickly. Again I am sorry and have discussed the issue of the front desk with maintenance. There was a maintenance man on duty to correct problem and the front desk knows procedure moving forward. I have stayed at this hotel several times. This by far was the worst. Lots of renovations going on which is fine but you had to walk through the mess to get to the rooms. The tile in the shower needed some attention. On the plus side it was quiet. It was a cheap place to sleep. If your looking... More

We were put in the Clarion Hotel as part of the Blue Green Vacations package, you know, those 4 days-3 nights-stay-for- free-if-you-listen-to-a-- hr-presentation type of deals. First of all, we were surprised that we were not put into a place that Blue Green Vacations were trying to "sell". Wouldn't they want us to try out all that they have to... More

I see some TOUGH ratings on this hotel,to be fair, the hotel is going under a remodel. The hotel looks like they have a lot going on all over the place. Our some of the rooms in poor shape, maybe so, that's why they are remodeling it I would think:) Our room was big overall and very clean:) And it... More

Booked this hotel through Sam's Club Travel for a three day trip to see Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens withe my family (husband, and two boys aged 12 and 14). Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful! Love that it's pet-friendly and they even have a pet sitter available! Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a bit small & outdated and had some water stains on the ceiling, but it was clean and the water pressure in the shower was much better than most hotels. I can tell they are... More

This is a great hotel for a weekend stay. There was good wifi at least in my room. Most importantly it's pet friendly which was a major factor for why we stayed.
