We have stayed here before. It does the trick for the price. Especially with the breakfast included. It more than continental but not a full on restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful. My kids and I used the indoor pool which was clean and warm. This place is not the Ritz but well worth the price. We will stay...

The show head did not work well, the tub stopper was broken and we had to wedge something under it to keep it open. The beds were so hard we were both sore the next morning. We were only there 2 night and it was just so uncomfortable.

We decided to stop over in Williamsburg to sightsee while traveling home. This hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. The beds were so comfortable and had plenty of nice pillows. The breakfast bar was hot and fresh. Location is excellent. Close to all attractions.

I found the hotel to be very clean the staff were always courteous and responded in a polite professional manner at all times. It's a huge plus with a family to not have to worry about one meal each day. The breakfast was fresh each day. The proximity to Williamsburg, Yorktown and Jamestown is huge. I wish I had the...

I came to shop and spend the night. The hotel was very clean and friendly. It was easy to get to from the outlet mall and it was also close to Merchant Square...but not walking distance. I would like to come again! I bet it is beautiful in the winter too.

We enjoy this hotel. It's nicely furnished and good staff. It's convenient to many places to eat and tourist attractions. The eggs on our last visit in the spring were awful and we went elsewhere for breakfast this time.

The hotel front desk staff was very pleasant. Discount tickets for Williamsburg are available at the front desk. The room was clean. Close to the areas of interest. Had to check out one day early and the front desk person inquired if it was due to anything wrong with the hotel or hotel service. I assured her it was not.

Overall, a very postive experience. The problem was the inability to run the a fan on the a/c and heating unit in the room. It was annoying to have the fan cycle on and off all night. Would of liked to run the fan all night to help with the outside noise. Also, no fan in the bathroom.

We have stayed at this Best Western several times over the years and really enjoy our visits here. The rooms are always clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is varied, plentiful and tasty. We already have reservations for a stay in December and look forward to this next visit.
