Enjoyed our stay. Close to BUsch Gardens/Water Country and several restaurants. Price was reasonable and rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. Would return for a second visit and recommend to others. Can not speak on their breakfast as we opted to hit a Waffle House on the route home.

Very clean and comfortable! Nice size room not cramped. Seperate areas to accommodate a nice size family even had a living room area in the one we stayed in. Absolutely loved it, wish I could have stayed longer!!

Sam at the front desk was super friendly upon our late check-in after a day of travel and time spent at Busch Gardens. Hotel is clean and quiet. Saw Sam again at the desk over next two days and always professional, kind, and happy. Can’t beat hotel for a BG trip.

Room and everware in the hotel spotlessly clean! Mattress wonderfull!! The staff was great, helphull, curticse, knowledgeable, just plain friendly. We were a tough group of 5 adults with 4 kids not easy for any holte. these people were great!! Thanks to everyone at HolidaInn Express Wilamsburg!!

We were happy to be so close to Busch Gardens for this trip. This hotel is very typical of Holiday Inn Express, quiet and comfortable with a decent breakfast. We had no problems and were out early for a day at the park.

A nice hotel with good rooms and location. However, I go to a hotel to sleep and if the hotel plays piped music at 1am and wakes me up (I’d assumed at outset it was an adjacent room) then the whole reason for staying is lost. Still, all organisations make mistakes. The key is to apologise and to make amends. The manager has had three opportunities to apologise and to seek a solution - ask yourself, would you still pay the full price if you’d been prevented from sleeping, not by another resident but by the hotel? No, I thought not. The manager has made no effort whatsoever to be in contact with me. I went to speak with her, but have yet to hear any empathy or proposal.

The Holiday Inn Express Busch Gardens Area is a really nice hotel. All of the staff was absolutely wonderful. The front desk staff was always warm and welcoming. There’s a convenient pantry in the lobby where snacks can be purchased. The hotel is very clean. When we arrived, they were shampooing the carpeted areas and the furniture in the lobby. The room was really clean and nice. The location is convenient if going to Busch Gardens and Water Country but is on the other side of town from the pottery and outlets. I very highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again
